Have a blog section for journaling.
It would be nice to have a blog section to have either private or shareable.

Add the function to set custom workout time
Allow specify custom workout time after 10, eg 11, 12 etc. minutes.

Pictures options instead of vidows ( for people with slow/no internet
I like the vidoes but I live in rural Alaska and have horrible Internet covrage / slowing streaming. It would be helpful if we could choose pictures with steps in addition to the vidoes.

Get a more college budget friendly shopping list of foods
For those that don't have a full time job, the shopping list is quite intimidating. If you were able to devise a more budget friendly list would be awesome.

Automatically maximize workout videos on ipad
The workout example videos are too tiny on iPad and difficult to see - having to constantly maximize each of them interrupts the flow of the workouts. Please make the video window more user friendly.

Allow for tracking of weights & reps for unilateral training
Example: if you building equal strength in right and left biceps, lat pull downs or with legs ( lunges). Have a way to track this for current and future workouts. Allowing one to reach their goal of lifting same weight & reps for each bicep/leg etc.

The only workouts I see in my dash are my current 4 weeks' workouts. Looking to supplement my other days with previous workouts for a 5-6 day workout week.

Are able to add old workouts and make available to view at any time from your phone
I would suggest that we are able to see old past workouts and add them to our current routines anytime we would like from our iPhones

Workout more sequenced
I would like the app to walk me through the workout. Timer to automatically come on between reps and sets. And the time should be customisable.

Automate Sets and Rest per exercise
Instead of having blocks that repeat for each exercise or superset, It makes sense to have one block that repeats based on the number of preset sets. It also makes sense to have rest included with an alert to advise 3 secs in advance of your next set

Tweak Bodyweight and Timed Exercises
Currently Bodyweight and timed exercises like L-Sit and Sprints are entered the same way with sets and weight and reps.This doesn't make sense from a tracking standpoint.
For example, BW exercises like pull-ups should have a field for reps and Bodyweight and added weight. Same for something like dips. Makes tracking cleaner.
For things like sprints or L-Sits you should be able to enter your distance or timed hold or even just a check mark to say you hit the goal.

Have a graph to follow lifting progress
A graph to easily see how much progress has been made on different lifts. A 1RM calculator included in this would be great.
