Generate a weekly report with a daily breakdown of goals with calories, exercise, weight at a minimum.

Serving sizes
If the meal makes more than 1 serving, give me the breakdown of what 1 serving looks like- weight or something. It’s hard if it makes 6 servings but i have to guess on what 1 is. I can’t be sure if I’m eating more/less than I’m logging. Hope that makes sense.

I would love a meal prep 3 day recipes to follow so you can log all your meals for the 3 days breakfast, lunch and dinner so you can swap ideas and not get bored of eating the same things

It is time consuming to add my own recipes in the phone app. Typing takes so much extra time. I could do it on my laptop in minutes v

Recommended reading list for EPP
I struggle to find the recommended reading lists. Would be good to have this list and a way to log you have completed them. Currently have to hunt through emails, What app messages and Trainerize messages.

No Cooking Recipes
Recipes that are reference as no cooking, including ingredients that are cooked, but there’s no mention of how we should be preparing these cooked ingredients. For example, chicken is a rotisserie chicken that you’re buying in the store acceptable or do we need to cook there a certain way at home?

Save workout despite not entering RPE rating on apple watch
Sometimes, usually when I'm on a rush, I forget to enter the RPE rating at the end of my workout because it starts showing up only after the fitness focus goes off and all notifications which I received during my workout start popping up, and if you realize this only after a few hours, your entire workout will be lost at least on the apple watch.
The workout should be saved despite not entering a RPE rating (and possibly have the option to enter it later).

Cannot change calories on app.
Once fat, protein, starch entered, there is no option to edit the macros

Portion Size
Have the size of a single portion listed in grams or cups. I'll meal prep several portions ahead of time but I'm never quite sure how big a portion is meant to be

Allow manual entries for the day to confirm macros without adding actual food or sync with other apps like cronometer
Allow the entry of a days calories and macros without adding food items and meals so if you use other apps you can just manually confirm you ate the right portions. Or allow syncing of cronometer, myfitnesspal, or other apps

Allow to go meal tracker without having to skip photo
It always opens the photo first thing. Would like to go straight to adding instead of having to skip photo every time.
I do have my workflow set to fill meal tracker.
