To be able to download your stats
I really would love to be able to see all my personal bests, and keep them for myself. To have like an overall view of my progress, not only when I'm doing a workout

Set the days you want to workout versus rest days.
For 3 and 5 day workouts, allow the user to customize which days of each week are workout days. Such as M-W-F, or similar. This will help avoid pushing workouts out to the next day each day,

Ability to add comments on individual sets rather than at the end of the workout
Leaving notes/comments on a particular set that carries into the next instance of the workout. Ex: Workout = Upper Body. Exercise Set = 3 sets-Shoulder Press Comments allowed for critiquing during the set. The comments history would be visible and editable each time the set is repeated.

Option to replicate previous freestyle workouts
If I spend a bunch of time selecting exercises for a freestyle workout, I want to be able to replicate that workout so I can paste it as many times as I want throughout the calendar. I don’t want to have to manually recreate it every time.

Swlf Check-Ins for training sessions
When you have a scheduled training session (whether in person or virtual) allow the client to check in themselves. This could also trigger an automation to start tracking or timing the duration of your workout.

Allow a few seconds transition time from one exercise to the next in HIIT workouts
I find you lose a few seconds of the 40 or so allocated to an exercise because you’re changing position or grabbing a resistance band quick 😃

An option to auto enter workout stats
Instead of having to manually enter each rep and weight. Have an option to save the workout as it was entered. Also keeping the option to edit.

allow to update workouts after the workout is conplete
allow to update workouts after workout is complete. for example if I bench 3sets of 4 reps of 65 lbs I want to enter it.
if I just walked at 3.6mph on a treadmill for 15 min. I want to add it later not remember to start and stop in time.

Make it clear if it’s total weight lifted or the poundage per arm/leg (I.e. with dumbbells)
When it asks for weight, I don’t know if that’s total weight or with one dumbbell, therefore 2x that weight

Display previous comments with previous exercise stats
For previous exercise stats include comments on previous stats for exercises . I.e. comment may say "used EZ bar" which will be useful if you're thinking of whether to use that or Olympic bar etc

Easier exercises for beginners. Its a great feeling to complete a exercise and to have Burpees in your second exercise is to hard.

To be able to put lifts and metcons in the workout
So you'd need to be able to select a number of exercises and call it amrap with the time beside it. So I could do 5x5s at the start 3x12s in the middle and an amrap at the end

Ability to exit YouTube video demo
When going through a workout, I use the video demos to make sure I’m doing the excel use correctly, but I cannot exit the videos that are imbedded YouTube videos unless I completely exit the app. (iPhone 8 plus)

Highlight new exercises
Would love to see a highlight or note that states there are new exercises that you've never performed before. It sucks to jump into an interval and have to pause to see what the new exercise is
