Allow a few seconds transition time from one exercise to the next in HIIT workouts
I find you lose a few seconds of the 40 or so allocated to an exercise because you’re changing position or grabbing a resistance band quick 😃

Ability to edit stats for a prior date from current
I’d like to be able to edit my stats for a previous date from the workout in progress. Currently I may not see that I entered stats in error until I’m doing a workout and click to see the history. I might see that I transposed the weight and reps, but I have to exit my current workout and navigate back to the date of the error.

Sending videos that one self has recorded
I did a workout for priortizing myself and wanted to make sure my trainer could see my achievements.

To enable an option to add more workouts which are not even mentioned in your lists of total workouts.
I want to add some more workouts to my schedule like tuck planche, tuck liver, handstand push ups , l-sit, and many other core compression drills.

Disable the need to enter reps for “timed” exercises
When I start a round of certain exercises, everything goes on a timer. I’ll keep doing that exercise til the timer stops then go onto the next one. Let’s say I do 4 rounds, hit “complete”, then I’m prompted to enter number of reps. There’s no way I’m going to remember how many reps I did of a certain exercise during the timed workout over the course of 30 minutes. It’s tedious and takes away from the exercise if I have to pause and fill it out. Can this function be taken away?

Flexibility to choose between reps for an exercise or time range, e. g. for pushups be able to ask for either 15 reps or ask do as many reps as you can in 30 s. Be able to store best numbers for both

Have the time counter repeat automatically for each circuit
When you initially go through a workout it’ll keep the time for you (I.e.. for one circuit at 40secs for each workout) it would be nice for it to automatically keep the time going for each circuit so you don’t have to keep stopping to start the timer for each different set/workout/rep. It can all be a fluid workout during each circuit.

Being able to make notes on each exercise in your program as you go.
Often during a workout I would like to make notes on the exercise just done. Eg increase or decrease weight next time. You can't make notes till the end of the of the work out. Unless I am missing something.

Show milestone rockets
I suggest you show milestone rockets for workouts achieved instead of a high five for increased reps/weight lifted. Many find the rockets far more motivating.

I only have the option to do a workout every second day, would like to be able to add workouts, and change days to when l am exercising

Make updates to programme more clear
When my trainer updates my training plan, it would be cool if there could be a red dot to show me where the change is, and what it was to what it is now.

Series creation of workout group.
Series creation of workout group. When creating or modifying a group or individual exercises, allow also which days of the coming week or month to repeat the workout.

Connect to senssun
I regularly use the SenssunHealth scales and app to monitor body weight, fat / muscle % etc and sync this to both the Apple Health app and MyFitnessPal.
It would be useful to be able to pull this data in to the trainerize app either through Apple health or through SenssunHealth directly, rather than manually entering weight and fat%.
