Carry WODS over to the next month automatically.
The app does not allow you to schedule workouts for the next month, only the current month. Have workouts carry over to the next month automatically.

Not having to stop a workout to switch to gym/home options.
I have a Smith Machine at home so I can do many of the “gym” options, but not all and it would be nice to go see what the “Home” option is. I have to save my workout which messes up the time it takes and workout streaks/etc. If I want to switch due to inadequate equipment, I can substitute but it takes a bit of time to search for the other option and sometimes the # of reps are different on the home/gym option. It doesn’t change the number if I substitute the item.

Just let me pull in exercises and create a workout.

Make the option to create custom workouts
There are some exercises i do that i want to enter on the app but there is no option for them. I know the program is mostly for the power rack but people also have dumbells and other equipment so if you want people to utilize this app for their all around tracker, giving people the option to add in their own would be very beneficial and mitigate people going to a different tracker app that already has this feature.

When I build a custom workout, I want to be able to save it for the future or copy it to another day.
I currently can edit any workout in the program I pay for and swap out exercises, but I cannot save that workout as a custom option or copy it to another date for future use. I would like to be able to at least copy my customizations so I can do them again without spending 30 more minutes working on swapling out exercises.

List muscle groups that are being utilized in the movement.

Auto play, set delete option, progress report
The workouts are not in sync. One has to play manually every time. Orientation issues. Video should play in every orientation. No description in most videos. Standardize the template, highlight equipment to be used by exercises. Set and reps are not relevant to few exercises. Time based exercises states reps and kg..eg dead hang

Maintain last weight measurement for each set
E.g I want to know 5kg on set 1, 10kg for set 2 etc.
Atm, if I start 0kg for warm up it seems to retain that for all sets. Where I forgotten where I’d left off last week, I started dead traps on 10kg - after warm up - pulled by back. Not happy!

Automatic movement between boxes
Automatically move cursor to next box when reps are typed in.
We don’t do triple digit reps so when we hit 2 digits it should automatically move to the weight input box1 vote -
Post workouts earlier
Having the workouts show up at at maybe 12-1am. You have members of the app who are early risers and workout first thing in the morning.

Ik zou het fijn vinden als er een functie zou komen dat je bij een workout per set af kan vinken. Mocht er dan een apparaat bezet zijn en je de volgorde niet kan aanhouden kan je makkelijk terug lezen wat je al hebt gedaan en nog moet doen

Edit workout history data
When I first started using this app, I had a little confusion about how the weight was to be recorded in the app when it came to dumbbells. So I’ve got a few movements that I’d like to go back (1yr+) and correct the record. It really doesn’t matter THAT much, but it does skew the stats & “estimated 1 rep max”

Identify key exercise components
Instead of just a video, provide a bullet point list of key parts of an exercise (such as grip, depth, or other body position) to better activate the target muscle(s). This could also be used to identify modifications as the client needs

Be able to copy routines and combine and edit
My trainer set up 7 routines and I’d like to be able to copy combine and edit them

Being able to search and it resets too often so it's hard to be able to select workouts that are further down the list
We should be able to search for a workout and the app spins a lot. It's hard to actually get to the workouts towards end of the list.

Fluent exercise videos
Some of the workouts flow nicely showing tge exercises and timer. Others you have to keep pressing start which causes me to lose track of what is completed and how many sets.

More stats available to input for general exercise
The General Exercise selection should allow you to input more stats than just a time. My watch tracks so many things that aren’t available exercise options in the app so I have to the General Selection. Just tracking my time isn’t really useful.

Cardio interval programme build
I love the strength programmes and how each exercise is there to record/tick off, this would be brilliant for cardio intervals like running. Being able to log each interval and rest with count downs would be so helpful and save me from having to leave the app to do it elsewhere.

Allow workout sharing with peers (gym buddies)
Similar to the ability for personal trainers to access workout details etc. build on this to allow peer sharing. Allowing the sharing with gym buddies so when you can’t go with your gym partner you can still push each other to get those gains.
