Include videos, illustrations, clips for every exercise.
I get frustrated when my trainer includes new workouts, but no picture or video on how to correctly do the specified exercise.

Need a place where you can add if it was hard or easy or you think you should increase or decrease the weight

Show how long a particular workout has taken to complete in the past.
My trainer provides four workouts per week and this changes every month. It would be helpful to know how long each one took to compete historically , so I can plan my day better and know if I have time that day or not.

Show total pounds lost from week to week
I would like to see my total pounds/percentage lost from week to week in the app along with a graph so I can see my progress visually.

Function to search a date so we could locate a specific date
It would be great if there were a way to search for a specific date that way we could easily locate the work out that we are looking for from the past. Currently from the iPhone app the only way to locate the workout from the past is to continually hit the "show earlier date" option. However that only takes you back one week at a time so if you were going to look back from a year ago you have to hit show earlier date 52 times !

Make it less prone to flip to exercise description screen
When I am trying to enter rep and weight data, it constantly flips to the exercise description screen. It's frustrating.

Have the ability to add & remember the machine settings for exercises.
It would be nice to have a placeholder for seat settings such as leg extension, leg curl or any machine where you need to adjust the machine for your body.
