Ability to add not always kilograms but also band used or sek
the app always gives you the ability to add reps and weights but sometimes you are not using weights but different bands or holding for time. It would be nice to have the ability to have something else the weight

Be able to go back and forth through the workout
I.e. If the pause function glitches and doesn't work (as it does) and I want to continue my workout from a section in the middle, I can finish my workout from the middle instead of having to start over or use the app without the timer

suggestions for workout
When you check in or track your workout in the beginning, suggest what we should train! E.g. You trained legs today, try training back! Or you trained back 2x last week but not chest. You haven't done cardio... ever... let's do that!

Fat Secret App
A link to the fatsecret app just like my fitness pal would be great.

Export data
I would like to export my data so I can create longer trend lines and create total miles for my cycling and running for different time periods like monthly quarterly or annually.

Exercises require a pace input for positive and negative movements for both the trainer and client.
To keep workouts always changing I am often changing my lifting speed by doing 1-5 second positive movements and/or 1-5 second negatives. Problem is history does not reflect this because there is no where to input this info.
