With each exercise, post a picture of muscles being used. This will allow us to engage each muscle more fully.
Each exercise has a video example. In addition to the video, a picture of the muscle(s) being used would be very helpful to help us focus and engage that muscle more fully. Mind/ body connection.

Update to fix bugginess and battery life drain.
Update so app isn’t so buggy. Makes my phone freeze and drains my iPhone battery within an house and 30 mins. I can be at 100% and boom 12% within about an hour and 15-30 mins. Sometimes I barely get done with my workout before my phone is almost dead on 0%. It’s absolutely horrible on my iPhone 12 Pro Max battery. This is the only app that drains my battery so hard.

Fix weight log so entries don’t get change on their own
Every time I log my weight, the app automatically changes it. Typically it gets lowered a good bit, which messes up my long term tracking accuracy. Even when I go back and edit the mistake, the app changes it again.

Adjust scanned items
The ability to adjust scanned items. Some items scan in correctly with wrong calories or some macro information. The ability to adjust that would be great. Otherwise make them scan in correctly every time.

Self created workout routines
Ability for non-trainer members to save and name their own workout routines and then call up those routines at will.

Allow me to navigate through the app even if I’m in the middle of a cardio activity or workout.
Currently, when an active cardio activity or workout session is in progress, I cannot navigate to any other screen in the app. I am only limited to the one page u til I end the session. I would like to start a workout for example and see my plan and log book as normal, but I would also like to navigate to my calendar or dashboard or messages with that session still open in the background. I would then like to be able to navigate to my open session, and work through the plan as normal.

Add Meals Without Pics
The Tracker should allow adding meals without pics. In case one forgets to take a pic before meals, there is no option to add it subsequently

A water tracker and a weight training option for activity tracking
In the app we should be able to track water. Also a weight training option for activity would be great as well.

Ingredient measuring unit consistency
Use the same unit of measure and description for the same ingredient across recipes. If Egg Whites are used, don’t say “4 egg whites” in one recipe and then “1.5 CUPS egg whites” in another recipe. The same thing for Spinach. In one recipe you’ll see it measured in oz but then in the next it’s in cups.

Integrate calorie tracker
At the firehouse, there is always cooking done for the crew, so I find myself cherry picking different meats and veggies from what is made. That means I’m not doing the exact meals on the plan, and so I’ve been inputting them into a calorie tracker app. I use “Lose It!”
It would be great to integrate this into the Fit Responder app so my coach can see exactly what I’m doing and be able to guide me from there.5 votes -

Highlight the set/ rep once it's completed
Highlighting the exercise set once it's completed, makes it easier to keep track of which set your up to.

Dexcom Data
Dexcom continuous glucose monitoring app already syncs with Apple health. But the Dexcom data is not an option within Apple Health to sync with Trainerize. As a type one diabetic, my coach having access to my blood sugar trends would be very useful.

Daily or weekly goals
Section for daily or weekly goals what can be ticked off. I find this will provide motivation as I’m looking at the app daily and hold me more accountable to those. Coach can also keep track of those.

Option to log emotions or write notes at the time of eating and/or training
I think it would be amazing to have the option to identify emotions and/or a place to write notes about what deterred me from my healthy eating habits or why I didn't workout as planned. For example: I was feeling stressed out from work; I had an argument with my significant other; a close friend/family member passed away; I got married; I lost my job; I got divorced; I'm overtired; at a holiday party and my self-restraint was gone; I felt depressed or lonely; and any other life factors that impact healthy eating, motivation, and focus.
