We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Workout times

    If the workout is a timed workout, like a stretch or something like that, have a timer for that as well and not just for rest breaks.

  2. When adding a cardio exercise for workouts I would like to add treadmill stats, not reps & lbs

    Today I added treadmill to my workout, it asked me to enter in reps and lbs used, but that's not what treadmill stats are. It would be great to add treadmill into my workout and record my minutes, miles, incline, calories burned just like when treadmill is on a normal warm up for other workouts!

  3. Ability to add food photos without having to sacrifice meals and calorie info

    Currently you can only add photos of meals OR meals/ calorie info.
    Both are important, so it would be great to have both options. You can send for photos via chat, but that is spamming the important channel

  5. Equipment settings

    Have a field at the top section of a workout set to comment on what machine, seat settings, etc. Different machines feel different for the same weight setting. It would be nice to be able to say used Life Time machine or matrix and the seat settings

  6. TURN OFF TIMER SOUND. The audio volume does not work to turn it off.

    The audio volume does not work to turn off the timer sound. Whenever ur goes off it turns my Spotify music all the way down and I have to quit the app.

  7. Sync with Equilab

    Equilab tracks horseback rides. It currently has the ability to sync with Google Fit, so it should also work with Trainerize.

  9. Progress tracking

    I’d like a calendar or some form of graph tracking where I can see how many days I’ve hit my macros, over a certain period of time, without having to use the arrows to go backwards. I do not see anything like this in the app now.

  11. Stop Trainerize From Repeating Activity

    Whenever I end an Activity then open Trainerize, it restarts the same Activity and continues running in the background until I discard it. It creates double the work, when it should completely end the first time.

  15. Keep the videos for reference after the program

    It’s a very expensive program. To keep the habit it’s good to have the videos to look back at for reference for correct form and motivation. I think you pay enough to keep them.

  16. Timer Beep Halfway and at 3, 2, and 1 second.

    You have to continuously look at the tiny (make it bigger, or set the back ground to red, then green when you’re good to go) timer on the top screen of your phone to know when to start again. If it could beep a slightly different tone halfway through the count down. Then beep again at 3, 2, and 1 second(s) so you don’t have to stare at your phone. Showing the timer on the Apple Watch would be good also. The Seconds App does a really good job with this.

  17. sync with chornometer meal/nutrient tracker.

    Add in the ability to sync chornometer. I have medical nutrient deficiencies that i keep of in there the best. It would be nice to go outside of the mainstream myfitness pal.

  18. Add video to comments on a workout

    Add the possibility to add video on comments to the coach for a workout so that they can provide input on technique, form etc. Not always easy to know if u are doing an exercise the best possible way.

  19. Macros

    When goals for macros change, it should not be retroactively telling us that we didn’t hit our past goals. My coach has been changing my macros a bunch and it is making it seem like I have not hit my goals!

  20. Train with my coaches other clients

    It would be pretty cool to be able to join in with one of my coaches other client's workouts or vice versa. Most of my coaches more advanced client's are on fairly similar splits and it's kind of hard to train with any one because most people I know that train are on the typical bro split and can't just join in with my upper body day
