Ability to plan your own workout in advance so you don’t waste time at the gym.
There seems to be no way to plan a workout at home so it’s ready to go when you hit the gym. This either wasted a lot of time during the workout which means rest periods are fluid and unplanned or the workout is done and entered at home later which means accuracy is suspect.

Editing your step goal on your calen
Being able to edit your step count in your calendar so say your goal is 10000 when you don’t hit it you can put in how many you did do.. ie 6500

Choose sets for exercise/erase set
Allow the user to choose how many sets of an exercise when adding it. Also allow the user to delete an exercise or set.

Enter descriptions for the Pilates exercises, since small adjustments can make or break the exercise. Thanks!
Or have the videos use sound to describe the most important aspects of each exercise

allow for user to delete a trainer-assigned exercise (I.e. when replaced with another one)
I sometimes have to replace a cardio exercise (bike had a flat) but you can’t delete it if assigned by trainer. I can add the new exercise but then it looks like I didn’t complete an exercise which is really frustrating!

Allow the app set calories and macro’s for different days
In MyFitnessPal it allows you to set your cals for different days (daily goals). It would be great if the app has this feature because at the moment the app doesn’t line up with my daily goals.

To save workouts. To be able to keep them even after the 8 week challenge is over
I'm currently in the continuation program and while I was in the 8 weeks challenge there were some workouts that's were put together amazingly. So fun and challenging. Perfect for me. I wish I could have saved them and have them available for even after the 8 week challenge.

Keep past tracking info the same
I would like that even though our numbers are updated weekly, that our past macros stay put so it still shows us as being on track in past weeks if we want to go back and look.

On the radial buttons for each days task, please let me hit the button and not have to go to another screen to say I done it.
I check the button and then it goes to another screen to say I’ve done the task. I want to just hit the button once on the dashboard/home screen.

A place to put glucose numbers. Being diabetic that would be awesome!

Speed and agility workouts as options. Or sports listed as an workout option

Improve the UI before adding other features
I've seen several glitches (e.g. the same workout appearing twice on a single day, or workout summaries not being saved when you click one of the two "save" buttons) and navigational challenges (menus in several locations, the fact that there are two workout summary "save" buttons) that I'd want fixed before adding anything new!

Other types of exercise
I should be able to do additional activities I do such as bike ride, play volleyball, or basketball.

Adding set / exercise shouldn't take me to the top
When I add a set or new exercise, the app scrills back to the top of the workout. It should stay at the same place i have just added.

Interval timer for activities like run/walk. Hive me notifications of when to walk or run so i I don't have to rub looking at the timer.
Give me audible notifications of when to run and walk so I don't have to run down the street looking at my phone. Same with timed activities like plank on both sides.

A field to note different equipment
Sometimes we use bands of various strengths that do not correspond to pounds or kilos... Banded exercises especially might benefit from this or a comment field next to the reps instead of a weight field for other slight equipment variations
