Compare data with same age group
I would like to recommend adding a feature to compare my progress with people of the same age group and benchmarking that to the more fit or better achieving athletes

A "Treadmill" activity would be sooooo nice. With the option of determining speed, incline, and time.
There are so many different activities to choose from but no "Treadmill". Include ability to list time, incline and speed.

Sync caloric intake from health connect
Currently health connecting api supports caloric intake information and it would be good to enable it so I can use separate app to easily get the data transfered. Now I have to do it manually.

Integrate pieces and/or provide your own tracker maybe
It is very frustrating that they give you boxes to check as done, but they can’t be checked because like with the nutrition, it never pulls in your information from my fitness pal.
Also your steps if it pulls in some information from Apple health, it could surely pull in your information about your steps and give you credit for them without losing your streak of doing your steps because you forgot to punch check a box3 votes -
All meals and workouts listed in order with time stamps
It would be nice to have time stamps on all food and workouts to see what order everything was done for the day, how much time between meals and snacks, etc

Have days of the week in the meal plan instead of Day 1 Day 2 etc
I would prefer the meal plan to be listed as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday etc instead of Day 1 , Day 2. Also if the meal plan actually moved on each day.

For items such as cherries & french fries, there should be an option to say the number eaten, not just ounces, etc.
I am not always able to weigh or measure the food so being able to say the number of items would be helpful. Also, for various sandwiches (eg cheesesteak or hamburger), there should be a listing saying "no bun" or "no bread".

Add meal trackers to include “Lose It!” and “Nutritionix”.

Change default exercises
Allowing you to change the default exercises for a work out day. My trainer gave me a few exercises I can't do so I want to change them until I can. It also would be great if I need to add more sets to a default exercise

Sync with Garmin like you do with Apple
I had an Apple Watch and recently switched over to Garmin. But I wish the syncing was the same for the Garmin as it is for Apple Watch. I tend to see my steps are not correct in the app because it doesn’t sync correctly. I also need to start a workout on my watch and press start on the app there for showing I worked out twice.

Nutra check for bringing saved meals across
I know you have the in app meal planner and tracker but for someone who has invested over 2 years worth of meals and recipes into nutra check the option of starting over with this app is making me rethink my membership. It’s not worth it to restart when I have all these saved options already. Plus the nutra check app is way more user friendly

Allow Direct Weight Sync from MyFitnessPal Without Garmin
Hi! I use Renpho scales to track my weight, which syncs seamlessly with MyFitnessPal. Previously, my weight also synced into ABC Trainer, but this stopped when I disconnected my Garmin account from MyFitnessPal.
It seems ABC Trainer currently relies on Garmin being connected to pull weight data from MFP. I’d love to see direct syncing support from MyFitnessPal (or even from Renpho) without needing Garmin connected.
This would make the experience much smoother for users who track weight through MFP but don’t use Garmin anymore.

Instead of having to use fitness pal; we just have it already integrated in the is app
Have a similar fitness pal tracking macros in this app ; no need for fitness pal. It’s too much to use two apps if it can be incorporated into this one even better

Add more calisthenics variations.
The list is not nearly exhaustive. Lots of weight training, band training, and even some suspension trainer exercises, but very little Calisthenics movements whether with a bar or rings, which could be grouped with the TRX. It would be nice to have the exercises grouped by primal movement, push/pull etc.

When creating a recipe I need more acurate serving suggestions
I just created a recipe for blueberry compote. It made 2 cups, however when I use it I may only use 2 tablespoons a time. The app creates the recipe as 2 cups but I can't then add it throughout the week at different measurements and have the macros calculated for me

LOVE IT But would love to be able to customize more.
Sometimes I just need a simple meal. (Meat, carb and a veggie) but haven’t figured that out yet.

Less clicks
Less clicks to enter macros, slider on whole and partial servings. Also plug into aGoogle fit for steps would be great
