Add other items to Grocery list
Ability to add other items to grocery list such as gallon bags or toilet paper, so I don’t have to create 2 lists.

Booking appointments with personal trainer.
I think this app should offer the possibility to book appointments with the personal trainer. I was told that I could find three horizontal dots at the bottom right corner of the app; however, this option is simply not available. This app should offer a clearer section where to book sessions with personal trainer to make it more usable because this should be a basic feature.

Add a fourth picture to check in pics
Allow a spot for a fourth " fun" picture in our updates. When we can flex or pose in so we can see our progress in motion and see muscles we might not be able to see in out relaxed update pics.

I’d like to see workouts sync to Strava. This would be a key upgrade to get me using this app regularly again.
Allow me to sync my workouts to Strava. It would be awesome if it could show all my workout data as well, including the exercises, reps, and weights that are logged.

Add additional meals
The ability to put additional meals rather than just breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Ex: pre-workout meal, post workout meal, AM snack, Afternoon snack, evening snack etc. a lot of people eat 5-6 times a day when body building or training for specific events

New layout for Dec 25 update
Please make it possible to rearrange and expand or contract each section I don’t want to have to scroll to see the days workouts. Water and food need to be able to be hidden or put at the bottom.

Android user problem: increase margin at the bottom when completing a workout.
When saving a workout, the info is cut off at the bottom because the android phone navigation bar (I have a Samsung) is at the bottom of the screen. Would be great if the margin was bigger at the bottom.

Being able to communicate with my trainer about each exercise.
While I am going through my workout program, sometimes I want to tell my trainer that I may have done a particular exercise but my hand placement was different for a particular # of reps. I can’t do that now. It would be nice to be able to have a comment box available with each exercise given so that my trainer and myself can keep better track of my routine, what I am doing. Ex: wide lat pulldowns. Muscle groups work changes with hand placement so it would be nice to track while hand placement so did for a particular…

Sync chronometer
I use Chronometer application for My calorie and nutritional tracking it shows my micronutrient profile which is why I really enjoy using chronometer but it's not an option to sync into into my app. As well I would like to have something that sinks that's a wearable that is not the standard whoop fitness band I would just like to have the option to sync any wearable to the app.

Better QA testing
Your new release has introduced more bugs. When trying to add an activity now I have to do it three or four times. Better QA testing would avoid this type of error

Provide ability to select and copy a message
Would like to copy and paste messages (especially those with zoom meeting links) to another app, such as my email app. But unable to select and copy message text.

Calories burned per workout
Food intake is paramount to a client's success. How can a PT truly under their client's consumption if there's no consideration of energy expenditure during each workou? I'm proposing that each workout listed by the PT is assigned a rough estimate of calories burned (calculated based off their client's body measurements) which is then influenced by how the client rates the session to determine the overall number of calories burned. If a workout is not rated, a minimum 'calories burned' figure should be assigned to each workout. This is an invaluable metric crucial to tracking and progress.

Move able goals
Would like to be able to move the glass into a different order. I dont want water at the top and would like to be able to move these in a widget style so the most important goal is at the top.

Nutrition Goals Tracking
On the dashboard, replace the % remaining in the nutrition goals with actual numbers remaining. It would be way more efficient than having to switch back and forth between the details tab.
