Peers motivating peers
How about there be a section where people can post what's working or not working and I love there appears to suggest ideas and or give each other motivation or recognition

A red line in the cardio and weight session graph would be cool to show a body weight tracker over time. Just a single point line
This wouldn’t be a filled in graph as you see on the blue n green trackers, but a thin red line that would show weight

You should really hangs your BMI scale because it's so archaic. You cannot assume someone's BMI anymore based on just their height and weight. It's horribly inaccurate. And 183.9 lbs in a dunk tank, which is one of the most accustate test, Mommy body fat percentage was 24%, with 139 lbs of lean mass. Not an unhealthy range my any measurement. You should re-vamp this section.

Distance pbs
Have pbs for distances like 5k,10k half marathon instead of best pace
Would be applicable to all distance cardio!

Group the ad hoc work out options differently
Rather than have all of the ad hoc workouts arranged alphabetically, arrange them by muscle group or cardio or something that makes it easier to differentiate. It's very hard to pick out of the alphabetical list, especially if you're not always spanking the same language

Be able to click on activity by week
It would be nice to be able to click on the activity by week chart on the dashboard to properly see your workouts by week as it is quite difficult to read and understand the way it is set up currently on the dash.

Amend workouts after they have posted to a group
When you amend a workout after it has been completed it doesn't update on the group so if you accidentally check in twice it won't change even when you amend on your personal page
