Workout alternates within the the workout for specific movements
Providing alternates right next to the original lift..here’s what we want but if you don’t have cable machines try this, if you only have a resistance band try this & then we know exactly what modifications we can make without having to ask

Include a tab down arrow to make entering stats during a workout easier.
Having a tab down arrow would make it easier to enter stats while doing the workouts. Sometimes it’s difficult to hit the tiny box to enter how many reps and at what weight when your fingers are shaking because of the workout (or the preworkout!).

Cardio workouts need more data
Record hours, minutes, seconds, not just minutes, seconds.
Add a field for average heart rate.
For cycling and running, also need a field for elevation gain.

Be able to search previous workouts by muscle group (I.e. not having to individually click through all previous weeks)
I wish there was a function where the trainer could easily input the focus area of the workout (ex. Legs, back, hiit, cardio acceleration, etc.) and I could search for all previous workout from that category. This way I could easily find an old workout that I’d like to repeat without having to click through the entire calendar to find it.

If injured, or completely new to weight training, the best alternate for exercise posed for training week
If during the program one becomes injured or suffer a health issue what would be the best alternate to exercise prescribed in training plan? It can be specified using alternate movements by segmenting 1) level beginner in green highlight 2) intermediate in blue highlight 3) body weight only movement in yellow. The specific color is indicative of tolerance at that time for your client immediately using the app to capture workout and can focus specific color during that segmented training week.

Add ability to add an exercise. So many exercises can’t be found when searching
For example, when I do a circuit workout, I can’t find certain exercises like shoulder NFLs. I should be able to add the exercise after searching.

Messages larger typing area
Can you please make the message box larger when send message. Right now it’s tiny on the website and iPhone app. I have wrote them in email and then paste in. That’s a terrible experience.

Shorter videos
Shoter and offline videos to save time and Incase no data access you can still make sure you are doing the proper workout by checking out the offline video on the app itself.
