I would like to know which muscles each exercise is focused on. I think that helps me with my form.
For example, on the lines, which muscles should I be focusing on. Clearly it works several muscles in the legs but which are the target muscles.

Allow comments/ notes for sets or each exercise for future workouts
Let people leave notes on their sets so they can look back on them the next week to see if they should go up in weight/ stay/ drop weight

I want to see Calories In/Out from the dashboard. Currently I have to go to the desktop version to see this information.

I wish that the sleep goal would automatically be met based on my fitBit information
I wish that my sleep goal would automatically be met by the data from my Fitbit showing I got that much (or more) sleep.

Provide tips on form for when performing an exercise
When doing the 30day Pilates program with demo videos do not have any sound or provide any tips on proper form of how to do an exercise.

Record entire workouts
Post a full body weight workout like the yoga or bar classes. It’s great to follow along, you feel less alone. We need motivation so yell out the reps!

Allow me to view the instructions on a workout during the rest phase of a timed workout. Right now you need to pause the workout.
I did a workout that was a 60 seconds on and 30 seconds rest. It was fantastic except for when I wanted to watch the video on the form required on the set. I wanted to watch the instructions during the 30 second test but instead I had to pause the workout.

Totally redo the mobile user interface
The calendar is from the 1980’s. The color and size of font is ridiculously hard to see. Get rid of the difficulty meter and silly thumbs up. Make the app fun and easy to use, not just a sorry excuse for some computer program generated decades ago. There are aspects of the app that are beneficial but I certainly don’t enjoy using it.

Get rid of the overall workout rating
After completing a workout for the day, I am asked to rate the level of difficulty of the workout as a whole. It makes no sense to me to do this for the overall workout since some exercises within a workout will be harder or easier than others. Both my trainer and I have found zero value in the information. If some people like this feature, make it a setting that can be enabled or disabled.

Please remove/turn off the audio in the videos.
The audio in the videos is irrelevant and distracting. Just loud ambient noise from gym. No instructions. So your video editor can just chose to export video only (no audio) and save data so the videos play better.

Be able to name a "General Exercise" for example PT
Be able to actually name a General Exercise instead of leaving it as general.

Merge workouts
It would be good if you could merge workouts together. For example if I have a base workout that many clients do but some do core after and done do HIIT, it would be good to be able to merge a HIIT workout or core workout to the original workout so I don’t have to recreate it or have two workouts in the calendar for that day
