Function to search a date so we could locate a specific date
It would be great if there were a way to search for a specific date that way we could easily locate the work out that we are looking for from the past. Currently from the iPhone app the only way to locate the workout from the past is to continually hit the "show earlier date" option. However that only takes you back one week at a time so if you were going to look back from a year ago you have to hit show earlier date 52 times !

Please include previous/next arrows to cycle through the boxes to enter reps and weight. They were there before and then removedmaeasier an.

Show schedule in calendar format, rather than a list

Allow users to connect with each other
Allow users to be able to connect with each other as a sort of peer support system/network

Allow different calorie and macro goals for different days of the week.
For example Monday to Friday could be 1700 calories for example and Saturday Sunday could be 2500 depending on individuals

More links should be available to add to menu via dashboard to external places like our gym managament branded app or to any linked apps such as myfitnesspal. Outside links could connect to our product sales website for example.

Tracking sheet to include stress
In this tracking sheet sleep diet and training and stress levels could be tracked through the week. This could be looked at when tracking results or lack of.

Be able to go back and forth through the workout
I.e. If the pause function glitches and doesn't work (as it does) and I want to continue my workout from a section in the middle, I can finish my workout from the middle instead of having to start over or use the app without the timer

Enable the user the ability to indicate a drop in weight mid-reps for one exercise
If someone has one exercise in which they do 6 reps at 20lbs, and then 4 reps at 15lbs, they should be able to indicate that.

Allow Moving Exercises Up and Down The List In Custom Workout Mode
If you select an exercise first by mistake, it will allow for refurbishing the list in the correct order without having to re-enter the whole workout

Trainerize should add up the total number of inches, pounds, and body fat for all clients and make a widget that shows the # on your website
Please make a widget that can be embedded in your website that shows an live updating total of inches, pounds, and body fat lost.

Add new exercises not in the program
Some days you may want to add a new exercise or different one than in the program. You should be able to add that exercise even if it isn't in the original program

reduce lag and elimate constant call-backs to the server. It makes for a slow and clunky user experience.
It seems like this app takes forever to load, and it's probably doing constant call-backs to the server.
Unfortunalty I'm in a location where there is no wifi and poor cell reception which creates an extremely clunky
user experience.it would be great not having to rely on a constant connection to the internet.
updates could be downloaded once or twice a day or when a push notification from my trainer tells me he's made some changes.

To be able to print the workout plan without video icons (adds two sheets of paper)
I like seeing the Instructions along with the Tracking Sheet, but since video doesn't play on the printed page, having two pages of screens shots between the Instructions and the Tracking Sheet is kind of worthless and wasteful

Modify workouts by adding exercises, like the app used to allow
Bring back the "Add exercise" feature. Workouts are constantly modified by time constraints.

Have previous weeks' workouts loaded in another page of dash
The only workouts I see in my dash are my current 4 weeks' workouts. Looking to supplement my other days with previous workouts for a 5-6 day workout week.
