Add a period tracker. Weight fluctuates around your menstral and that's always good to communicate to your trainer
It would be nice to say where I'm at in my cycle started and ended so that my trainer knows my weight fluctuations are based on that

The female menstrual cycle highly effects the female athletes strength, mood, energy, food cravings and overall performance in the gym. It would benefit female athletes to sync up their training style with where they are at in their cycle.
