Menstrual cycle tracking
Option to track your menstrual cycle and for it to appear on the weight graph so you can see if there is any correlation to weight fluctuations

It affects everything. We need to track this in every app.

In my Garmin connect app it asks for info about start and finish of your menstrual cycle and symptoms when next is predicted to start etc... I'm assuming other fitness tracker apps like Fitbit etc may well track this info too... Is that a way this info can also be synced to the trainerize app too like the steps and sleep info are etc... Would be much easier if this info was automatically shared with my trainer. Or at least have the option to sync this info so people who don't want or need it can switch it off and people who would find it useful for it to auto share rather than updating two places separately, can do so.

We need this for women so bad. Cycle tracking can help us program better for our clients based on where they are in their cycle.

Include an area to input your period so it can coincide with any influxes or changes to routine.
Or be able to sync to My Calendar app to do this plus more.

Tracking the menstrual cycle is so important for women who want to better understand their performance, their progress and their body. It should be a new feature where you can mark the start and end of your period and add comments to state how you feel and how your training was affected by it.

Or sync with an outside app that does, like Clue! I usually get at least one or two days of really bad cramps and mood swings, and usually just have to give my trainer a heads up through the chat feature so he can adjust my program for those days.

Import cycle information from menstrual cycle tracking apps, like Flo.

Great idea. Hormone levels also affect risk of injury, so can time intensity of workout accordingly.

As we track, the app will learn and maybe be a different color alerting us of the phase we are in. Could help trainer understand why she’s stronger one week and not so much on an other week. Just a thought.

Like MFP and FitBit, link menstrual cycle tracker apps like Fertility Friend. Alternatively, have a section in the calendar where you can add your cycle and the specifics of it e.g mood, flow etc

This is also helpful to know how hard to push the athlete. Hormone levels affect total strength capacity for any given day.

It would be wonderful to have a section where women, have the ability to track their cycle, as this plays a huge part in our ability to train, our "on and off" days our eating etc.
Our bodily functions can really wreak havoc on our progress, or, show us the window of opportunity to train harder, longer and give us the heads up when we need to rest.If creating a whole section just for woman to track our cycle, is too big and ask, perhaps syncing with an existing app such as My Days. Where a monthly calendar shows the cycles, moods, pain levels, body temperatures, lunar phases, love counter etc shows up with the ability to write notes. To have that all in one space would be fabulous for us ladies who are meticulously monitoring our bodies tides and changes.
