Make it so we can copy and paste a workout we have already done to a future day
Say on Tuesday I did a upper body work out that I really liked and wanted to do it again on Sunday, it would be much quicker to be able to copy the workout to another day - at the moment I believe you can only move it completely.

Surprised this doesn't have more votes. This would be an incredibly helpful feature to copy a previous workout so that we don't have to go in and find the individual exercises each time, especially when the workouts are the same or very similar.
Any update on the status of this enhancement?

Hi Trevor - as it’s been over 3 years, may I ask what the current status of this idea is for the ABC Trainerize team?

So very important as it would make the app so much easier to use when you create your own workouts!

I noticed I was able to move last Wednesday’s workout to this Wednesday (option to move day) which is great; however, the workout was completely erased from last Wednesday and I had to delete the old reps before beginning and it did not give me the option to “start the workout” so my heart rate and time were not tracked. It literally just moved last week’s workout to today with all of my stats from last week? Not helpful.

Absolutely agree

This kind of clumsiness in the app is indefensible.
It screams "go find a competitor app to track your workouts!"
My only option is to stumble through the tedium of creating a workout or move a workout, losing all my records. Ridiculous.

Please make it so we can copy a workout and paste to a new day so we dont have to recreate it every time. I usually do the same workouts for 3 to 4 weeks and then it changes. It would be nice to be able to copy paste what i already created last week if the workout is the exact same.

Agree. I hate having to re input a workout that I created 2 days ago.

I’d love to be able to copy a previously created freestyle workout that I already completed.

Important. It's too tedious to go and enter the same workout all the time.

It’s such a waste of time to redo the exercises or move from a day I have done earlier

Completely agree!! This should be a standard feature.

Allow me to copy and repeat the freestyle workout that I have programmed about completely having to re add exercises and rep targets every time.

And add pictures so I can match the exercise to machine at my gym.

I think it’s a great a idea and would make life so much easier. Looking at previous requests from as far back as 2018 they keep putting it on the “not right now” 🤦🏽♂️🙈

I do an upper/lower split and my workouts tend to be almost identical week to week so reentering all of the exercises every day is innefficient. I'd like to be able to create 2 workouts named "leg day" and "upper body day" and then just duplicate them week to week.

There should be a way to copy a workout to another day when you've already finished the workout. Like be able to copy a clear (without numbers) copy to another day, instead of having to insert all the workouts again into a different day.

Allow workouts to be copy and pasted to different days or allow templates to be created by users. I am entering the same sequence of lifts week to week and it is a pain.

Agreed. It’s so annoying doing the same/similar workouts and having to go through everything again.

Not sure if you can do this already but after I choose several exercises for freestyle workout it would be useful if you wanted to name the sessiin. At the moment it is placed on the calender plan as just 'Freestyle workout'.
