Have the ability to generate a weekly, for selected dates, that will show weekly averages for weigh ins, calories and macros.
When making weekly adjustments to clients nutrition and protocols it would be great to be able to see weekly averages for body weight, total calories and macros

Ability to hit enter to go to the next rep and automatically start the rest timer.
When entering weights and reps within an exercise, it would be nice to be able to hit enter when done makin an entry instead of having to click into a different box. It would also be nice if the rest timer started automatically when an entry was complete. Similar to the way the Strong app works.

Modification to superset functionality
Superset functionality should pull up previous superset weight, not the weight used when having performed the individual workouts previously.

A 3 second "rest" period in between exercises while on interval timer
The way the interval timer works now it goes straight from one exercise to the next and I'm having to either dock myself short 3 seconds while I move to my next exercise or I'm having to carry my phone on me so I can pause it to give me adjustment period.

Add a feed page
Just like the home page on instagram, I think you should add a page to the app where people who do these challenges can post their before/after transformations as well as speak to each other regarding our journey through this challenge. You don’t necessarily have to add a ‘follow’ feature but I think it’d be good seeing as we’re all on this app for similar reasons(lose weight, gain muscle, get fit, etc.) I think it’d be beneficial to everyone to see people’s progress so that new participants can feel like they too can accomplish results. A way for "programs" to save as individual workouts.
When I create program subscriptions inside the program section I can't copy to another plan. I end up recreating the program as a separate workout under "workouts".

Shorter videos
Shoter and offline videos to save time and Incase no data access you can still make sure you are doing the proper workout by checking out the offline video on the app itself.

Assisted exercises
The weights added to assisted exercise should have a negative value. So the bigger the weight, the more contribution by the machine and the less you're actually lifting. Currently it shows that increasing the contribution is like you're lifting more.

In addition to the videos provide a step by step description written description. It's difficult to follow videos depending on the environment.

Allow the ability to switch from lbs to kg during a workout, and type in the resistance such as, half in mini band.
Being able to switch from lbs to kg in the app and when creating a template. ie: exercise A back squats @135lbs superset with exercise B Kettlebell swings w/ 24kg. Also, typing in the resistance such as 5 box jumps one week client started on a 12inch box but wants in change it to a 16inch box. i.e. Set 1: 5 reps, 12"
Set 2: 5 reps, 16"
Also the ability to write in a band size or color for the resistance. i.e. Band pull apart 25 reps, half inch band or Purple mini band297 votes
