Add media, docs and links on how we have in whatsapp
It is difficult to track any photos or links shared by buddy in the messages. It would be easy to access if there is a feature to see the photos or links directly somewhere in the app.

An option to upload a photo of workout. For exanple a bootcamp or circuit class
An option to upload a photo of your workout instead of typing it in manually. For example when you do a gym bootcamp or circuit class to show your trainer or PT.

Weight/ Resistance option
After we finish a workout and we are tracking our reps and how much weight was used, sometimes we don’t have access to weights or a weight is not suitable for that exercise. I would like an area to input that I’m using a resistance/TRX band rather than it being put as 0lbs.

Ability to download workout history data
It would be nice to be able to get our history in a simple CSV file containing the date, exercise, weight, and reps so we can create our own progression metrics. It would also be helpful for when a video is added to a exercise, as doing so causes history to no longer appear

Speed option for cardio
Have an option for cardio exercises to aim for certain speed, MET, Calorie, and RPE (%) output
I know there’s a create my own target, but being able to specifically prescribe and measure these metrics would be great

Search Feature for Pre-Loaded Workouts
Add feature to search by workout name within pre-loaded workouts from coaches instead of having to scroll through all of them.

Enter heart rate zones
The ability to enter your current heart rate zones and then track them using the app so you can perform cardio and HIIT training programs. Heart rate zones are essential for cardio.

Add a timer to the timed circuit exercises.
For the timed exercises in the circuit training workouts, add a timer you can just click to avoid open ending the clock app and having to toggle back and forth.

Break out the fruits and veggies so that people can count the number of either everyday.
Have icons for fruits and veggies so someone can just click on an icon and know that they have eaten a fruit or veggie that day. At a recommended 5 a day, it can be easy to lose track.

Add meditation, so that you have it within exercise regime instead of having to find it somewhere else
It would be good to have everything together within one place instead of having to find on another platform .
