create a training plan with on demand classes
I would appreciate having a trainer select a mix of classes and a few workouts to get a good balance of cardio, strength and stretching. I enjoy the on demand classes (I work harder) and also enjoy having a set workout to check off each day. This would feel more like when I would sign up in advance for scheduled classes at the club. I will be hesitant to go back roght away - so would really appreciate having this option at home for awhile. Thanks!

Full videos of the excercise routine should be uploaded it is very motivating .
The complete video of different excercises in sequence should be uploaded instead of these short videos ..video of the complete circuit will be like doing with the trainer and is highly motivating

Progrees update with numbers in daily nutrition goal
The progress update of daily nutrition goal is just a progress bar around the amount of nutrition which I need for the day.
Instead, you can also mention the amount of nutrition which has been taken in and how much is left.
For eg. I consume 80g of protein till afternoon. It should display as 80/176 along with the progress bar.
It becomes easier to track and feed on it.

Provide suggested exercises for a custom workout
When creating a new workout, you have to individually select an exercise. There are so many to choose from. You should be able to select from categories such as strength, cardio, core, etc., or build bases on type of exercise. For example, I would like to build a program with squats, lunges, hinges, etc. I have to search for each one. There should be preset programs with these basic exercises.

Allow to input exercise reps after each set.
I’d like to be able to input reps after each set. It’s hard to remember after all 6 sets are done.

Have an alarm/sound when running time/rest time is up.
In the cardio running workouts without some sounds I have to watch a timer to get my run and rest times.

Enter descriptions for the Pilates exercises, since small adjustments can make or break the exercise. Thanks!
Or have the videos use sound to describe the most important aspects of each exercise

Provide tips on form for when performing an exercise
When doing the 30day Pilates program with demo videos do not have any sound or provide any tips on proper form of how to do an exercise.

allow for user to delete a trainer-assigned exercise (I.e. when replaced with another one)
I sometimes have to replace a cardio exercise (bike had a flat) but you can’t delete it if assigned by trainer. I can add the new exercise but then it looks like I didn’t complete an exercise which is really frustrating!

I see that you have walk, run, elliptical ,etc but no treadmill option

Saving office workout vedio like youtube would be great
Hi sometime when ther is slow internet it's hard to watch workout vedios so it would be great if there is option of saving offline viewing like YouTube video

Ability to sync with Achievement App
Achievement App is an app that allows you to earn money for healthy habits like exercise. It would be nice to be able to sync to this app.

To save workouts. To be able to keep them even after the 8 week challenge is over
I'm currently in the continuation program and while I was in the 8 weeks challenge there were some workouts that's were put together amazingly. So fun and challenging. Perfect for me. I wish I could have saved them and have them available for even after the 8 week challenge.
