When entering my workout reps on the last set and I hit return it automatically adds another set very annoying
Many times when I’m completing my last set and entering the number of reps - I would hit return and it would move to the add set and inadvertently add another set to the workout (nooo!!)

Automatically add food when quantity changed
If I go through the (sometimes painful) process of finding the food and adjusting the portion size, it’s a safe bet I want to add that food. Could you please make the app intuitive enough to add that food without having to click the check mark? This would help me cuss less, so think of it as doing it for the children. LOL But seriously, please alter this.

Import recipes from websites
In order to track nutrients and macros, it would be great if I could somehow link to or import the recipe I'm using from a website, like delish.com, southern living, alton brown...

Include an option to add a note to individual workouts within a training session.
It would be really nice to be able to put a note in under a specific exercise on my workout plan. It would be good to know I used the heavy band or the extra heavy band for band work. Also would be good to be able to write down if there was any modifications made. Sometimes I have to use a different weight on one side versus the other. Or it would also be nice to write down if an exercise was really difficult or if I didn’t like it or if I didn’t like it. And it would…

Decrease prevalence of US measures eg calories, oz, lbs
The app has some support for metric measures, but seems to favour US imperial measures (calories, oz, lbs etc). I find this super frustrating.

Showing total and net carbs
My macros look out of balance because it’s tracking total carbs instead of net carbs. I eat tons of fiber that shouldn’t be added into my macros.

Weekly calorie target.
Currently there is only a daily calorie target. Being able to have a weekly calorie target, where it would show remaining calories for the week.
This would give clients more flexibility to hit their goals, giving them a chance to get back on track if they've gone over calories on a specific day. Setting themselves for success increasing the adherence to any program.2 votes -

When assigning a habit for the week, “access the course here” if you could allow for comments to be entered such as what did you access which topic provides coach some insight as to what your client was needing for the week or day. For example, Yesterday i accessed the sleep protocol i m having sleep issues. the other day i accessed for a reminder of the “only for today”. was needing a reminder why I should

It’s hard to make single servings. Would like the whole recipe but then just breakdown how many grams per serving so that it’s more exact.

Insights About My Day’s Nutrition
At the end of every day, I would love a quick assessment about my nutrition. Did I have enough protein? Am I extremely deficient of a certain vitamin? How can I improve my fiber intake tomorrow? Were there any high calorie foods that really messed up my diet for the day? These are the kind of insights that would help me make better progress on my goals, and diet more intelligently.

Ability to enter different versions of the same exercise for different machines
Different versions of machines have different weight scales. This makes it hard to track progress.

Average step count per week

Able to delete just one item when posted, vs deleting everything entered.

Add 1/2 cup under serving sizes
When you enter your food serving size, there is not an option for a 1/2 cup. The sizes start at 1 Cup.

More exercises available
So I live in Australia and there’s so many exercises I use but they aren’t in there. Very time consuming and frustrating as a trainer.
