Tabata timer and Summarise each workout in text underneath videos
I would like to do my workouts with a tabata timer and music on - would be helpful if all workouts were summarised under videos in the app and there was an inbuilt tabata timer - I currently have a separate one.

Have downloaded workouts so you can access the workout on a bad connection.
I can't access my workout for the day sometimes because my gym has bad connection. If I could download the workout for my phone ahead of time I could still input my info even with a bad connection. Then the workouts could upload once I get back to a good connection.

Allow multiple types of ‘consultation’ forms to be sent
Allow an initial form be sent, as well a weekly checkin form be sent.

Man kan se øvelserne blive demonstreret i mens at man laver dem. I stedet for at se dem først og så lave træningen.
Hvis man vil se øvelsen demonstreret stopper træningen. Man får derfor en del pauser/stop i sin træning, og ikke en optimal hiit træning

Ability to add a weight lifted or 1 3 5 10 RM goals for exercise
My trainer works with me to improve my lifts. I'll like to be able to set a 1,3,5, 10RM goal with my trainer and have this somewhere in my app.
Or at least goal to bench press 145lbs or something like that.

Be able to set a body fat percentage goal with my trainer
My trainer and I work together to drop my body fat percentage. It would be nice to see this goal somewhere in the app.

Ability to add my own Personal or Other Daily Goal/habits
Being able to add personal goals (or an Other Goal option) such as water goal, no sugar, meal prep, and things of that nature would be beneficial. Love the app, but health journeys are personal and usually take more than just exercise and diet to accomplish. A place for habit goals/changes would make this app unlike any other.

Am happie with your workouts.. But please update different exercise for everyday..
Add some belly fat and arm fat reduces excercise.. Mention each exercise benefits

If you accidentally say that your exercises done you can go back and undo it
I just started using the app and I accidentally said that my workout was done but there’s no way to go back and undo and say that I’m still working on my workouts

Ability to remove a set
You can add a set but when it would be nice to be able to remove or replace the set also.
