A 3 second "rest" period in between exercises while on interval timer
The way the interval timer works now it goes straight from one exercise to the next and I'm having to either dock myself short 3 seconds while I move to my next exercise or I'm having to carry my phone on me so I can pause it to give me adjustment period.

Enlarge the floor space

Modification to superset functionality
Superset functionality should pull up previous superset weight, not the weight used when having performed the individual workouts previously.

Shorter videos
Shoter and offline videos to save time and Incase no data access you can still make sure you are doing the proper workout by checking out the offline video on the app itself.

Access to more exercises.
You have a ton of great workouts in your library. However, I’d like to see more of a variety of workouts, including TRX cables, different “crawls”, more ab workout variations.

Gym announcements. Post gym hours and when the gym is closed.
Please add gym wide announcement section so we can know when the gym is and is not open. Special events and activities would be great too.

Record all personal bests
I want to see all of my PB's. Not just the three most recent ones. I have to keep a separate diary to make sure I don't forget what I'm up to. Before I did this, I'd forget and then waste time in sessions lifting too light (not going to help me achieve my goals) or too heavy (deloading and setting up again is annoying). Please fix.

A way for "programs" to save as individual workouts.
When I create program subscriptions inside the program section I can't copy to another plan. I end up recreating the program as a separate workout under "workouts".

Assisted exercises
The weights added to assisted exercise should have a negative value. So the bigger the weight, the more contribution by the machine and the less you're actually lifting. Currently it shows that increasing the contribution is like you're lifting more.

List exercises step by step in addition to videos.
In addition to the videos provide a step by step description written description. It's difficult to follow videos depending on the environment.

Allow the ability to switch from lbs to kg during a workout, and type in the resistance such as, half in mini band.
Being able to switch from lbs to kg in the app and when creating a template. ie: exercise A back squats @135lbs superset with exercise B Kettlebell swings w/ 24kg. Also, typing in the resistance such as 5 box jumps one week client started on a 12inch box but wants in change it to a 16inch box. i.e. Set 1: 5 reps, 12"
Set 2: 5 reps, 16"
Also the ability to write in a band size or color for the resistance. i.e. Band pull apart 25 reps, half inch band or Purple mini band302 votes -

Turn off the "you've completed X Workouts"
This animation is slow and a nuisance to wait for every day when logging workouts - if I don't need/want to see how many workouts I've completed, I should be able to turn this off.

The app should sync the workout summary data from Fitbit; not just the resting heart rate.
When you workout using Fitbit it shows after the workout a summary of heart rate; ups and does and avg; calories; time: the app should sync that info and add it to that day for a better view of your workout and effort; instead of going into to separate apps
