Allow timed sets for an exercise (ie. 1 minute of planks or squats)
If an exercise is time based give me the option to enter time rather than defaulting to reps. For example, plank asks for reps but it makes more sense to enter that I did plank for 60 seconds.

Create a widget for the application
Create a updating widget (similar to a weather widget or a step counting widget...constantly updating) showing you your calender workout for the day, giving a BRIEF detail of which exercise you should be working on, and by selecting or clicking the workout you can add information in on the actual application

Negative weights

I would like to be able to add negative weights.

Enter sets where you drop/strip the weight throughout.
Millatti to break a single set into multiple pieces due to dropping the weight throughout. For example first five reps were using 15 pounds, next five reps with 10 pounds, and then to failure with 5 pounds. To enter all of that as one set.

Cell for seat height or cable settings
Add a text cell next to the first round of each exercise where the trainee can make note of that machine's seat height or cable arm settings, etc.

Allow for time and distance for cardio
When entering running, I am only able to enter a set and weights. It would be beneficial to enter the time and distance covered instead so I could track if I ran faster than before.

Distance pbs
Have pbs for distances like 5k,10k half marathon instead of best pace
Would be applicable to all distance cardio!

Group the ad hoc work out options differently
Rather than have all of the ad hoc workouts arranged alphabetically, arrange them by muscle group or cardio or something that makes it easier to differentiate. It's very hard to pick out of the alphabetical list, especially if you're not always spanking the same language

Tracking sheet to include stress
In this tracking sheet sleep diet and training and stress levels could be tracked through the week. This could be looked at when tracking results or lack of.

Interupted workout
Sometimes I hit the stop button instead of pause. It would be good if you could puck up where you left off if the workouy is not completed instead of staring at the beginning
