Top menu bar text
The top menu bar with the App is a light grey color and the text is white, making the text nearly impossible to see or read. I have to use glasses to read small text but even with my glasses on the text is almost invisible.

Move SAVE button from top right corner
I keep accidentally hitting the save button on the top right when carrying my phone around the gym. Once clicked, it stops all wearable tracking (heart rate, time, calories) and doesn’t let me resume. This can easily be fixed by a resume button or a pop up that asks “are you sure ur finished?” When hitting save

Change default setting for sleep clock
Currently, the default setting on both the bedtime clock and the wake up clock is a.m. Either set the default to p.m. for bedtime OR allow the user to set their default for each.

Body Stats Progress summary
Please show total weight loss/inches lost. It's hard to see how many inches I've lost total I have to do it all manually. It would be really easy to add a summary of total inches lost and total weight lost or gained.

Pre-enter weight information the night before a session
The night before I workout, I like to look at the upcoming session to see what I'm scheduled to do. It'd be nice if I could pre-populate all of the weights for each set the night before so I don't have to think about it while I'm at the gym. This also saves me a bit of time in the morning so I can organize my weights/equipment more quickly.
Right now, I can only do this if I begin the workout which then messes with the logging of the date and the time to complete the session.

Workouts in time not “miles”
workouts appear on Apple health as “miles” instead of time. I can find the time but it requires digging, an inconvenience for logging.

Add a meal with minimal details
I would like to add a meal with minimal detail, just calories (no macros). Or a comment box where you could share how your day went, what you ate that day that was difficult to log, etc
Example: you go to a friends house and eat some charcuterie or have appetizers at a Super Bowl party. How are you supposed to log all of that? It would be nice if I could take a guess as to how many calories I consumed so I am somewhat on track.or just add some comments as to what I consumed without having to…

Edit workout duration
I always forget to hit save when I complete a workout, so it tracks the workout as like 8 hours long. Is there a way to manually edit the time it took to complete the workout?
