We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Is there a way to change a location to see what exercise sessions are at another location

  2. I would like to be able to see where the class location is

    I would like to be able to see where the class location is. If I search multiple locations to find a class I want. I’m only able to see the class times available it have no idea WHERE the class will be

  3. Add Location Dropdown in “Filter By” Page

    Currently if you want to change which location is filtered for a class search, you have to go to the “filter by” page and then go to the location page, select your gym(s), and click apply there and THEN click apply again in the “filter by” page. The app defaults to just your home gym upon refresh, so this step becomes tedious if you use both gyms regularly. Drop down menu should have the ability to select one or multiple (e.g., check all that apply).

  5. Would be nice to have a profile if class trainers to be able to choose classes to attend

    Have a link to the instructor name so you can look at their professional profile to determine if you want to go. Even, having a rating would be helpful. Sometimes, I structures name change and I am not sure if I expect a similar workout. It is very instructor dependant and having a profile to glance can help understand her/his credentials. Thanks!

    Like I take Pilates every week so I can have a separate favourites list with all my regular classes I take each week. Makes it easy to book.

    Improve the current user experience of cancelling a class by rearranging the hierarchy of cancel CTA

    Users who want to cancel a reservation for a booked class need to click into the reservations and click the ellipses on top in order to "cancel"

    As a user in this flow, I expect to see the CTA for "cancel" along side the CTA to mark as "attended"

    Currently, the content hierarchy within this card is confusing and doesn't match the user's expectation, please improve this. It's within best UX practice to allow users to easily cancel, don't make the user search for…

    Please save settings when the app is closed. I don’t leave the app open when I’m not using it. It’s frustrating to re enter changes every time you open to app.

    I moved to Ventura and my home gym is still Camarillo. How can i make my default setting be changed when searching to book a class. I always have to delete Moorpark gym and add Canarillo to book a class in Camarillo. It won’t safe my gym preferences automatically.

  14. Constantly crashing

    It's constantly crashing. Guaranteed to do so when I book a class. Also, when I search multiple gyms to take a class. Please fix the bugs, it's very annoying to have to keep logging in and start over.

  15. Class

    You should be able to tap on classes booked to manage them as opposed to having to go back into the filtered class list. Once a class or classes are booked, they should be filtered into a place that shows all my classes. Could have an associated feature showing classes I’ve taken to make it easier to find and rebook them.

  16. Automatically check in to all upcoming classes, even if they’re more than an hour out.

    Currently, the app only checks you in to an upcoming class only if it’s within an hour of checking in to the gym. Sometimes, you arrive at the gym more than an hour before your class starts. This is currently preventing people from appearing as checked in to classes even though they’re present.
