We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  4. improve class checkin experience

    The app doesn't make it obvious to users that you need to tap the class to check in to get the points. Maybe some text or a tooltip could help?

  6. I would like to be able to see where the class location is

    I would like to be able to see where the class location is. If I search multiple locations to find a class I want. I’m only able to see the class times available it have no idea WHERE the class will be

  9. See location of class BEFORE having to book since i go to 3 different locations. Also the ability to save filters instead of having to redo

    We should be able to see the location of the class before signing up. When you go to 3 locations and have 3 gyms filtered at the same time you have to book the class just to see which location it is at. It makes it extremely difficult when planning

  13. Start Virtual Spin class earlier than 5:15am

    I would love to have the virtual spin class start at least 3:15 or 4:15am through the week. Then I can get it in before work.

  15. A real time timer showing whether the gym is open or closed.

    A real time time on the top of application’s screen showing the real time (clock) and informing about the gym’s day off or time left in gym’s closing. Also showing the next off day for the gym.

  17. Leave custom app filters

    In the app, make it so it leaves our locations instead of always defaulting back to only the home location. I search for classes from 3 locations near me and it always defaults back to only Novi.

  18. Scan-in feature outside cycle studio

    The cycle studio is locked when there is not a class. So that members may be able to use their memberships to their full potential, having a scan-in feature outside of the cycle studio, similar to the one outside of the woman’s only area, the Edge would be able to monitor who is going in and out of the room so that misuse of the room or equipment will not be a concern.

  20. Mix up the classes that are offered during lunch time And offered different ones at the different locations in the same city

    The same classes keep being offered at lunch time. Why can’t Zumba be offered or yoga or something else? Also, sometimes the exact same class is offered at the same time at multiple locations in the city. It would be nice to offer a variety!
