We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  3. Fix associated class date at top of screen until reach next day

    Right now, date is a row that user scrolls past. The number of classes is high enough to more than fill screen, so date is quickly out of view. Would be very helpful to keep date visible - floating row

  4. Ability to friend people through the app

    be able to easily sync classes and schedules, sending requests through the app for a friend to go to a class with you and/or hv the app recommend classes with friends

  5. Text Notification of open slot in group fitness

    Please add option for text/SMS notification (instead of only email) when an open slot becomes available in a group class that you are on a waitlist for. Thank you.

  6. Notify members when new classes are posted

    Send a notification when new classes are posted. I am not constantly checking the app and when I do, and new classes have been posted, most of them are full already

  7. adding somewhere where we can buy classes (sessions) or to book a trainer

    Being able to find yourself a personal trainer and buy session balances so it’s much easier to get into a class

  8. Show a demo video of classes when trying to schedule

    After you click into the "classes" section, and select a class to learn more (i.e. bodypump), offer a brief video showing what the class might look like so the member has a better understanding of what's expected.

  9. Customize view of classes

    Add ability to select and save multiple locations. Filter to remove certain classes by time and type. For example : remove classes before 8 AM , remove classes with additional fees , remove ES classes, highlight favorite classes or instructor.

  13. Please make app usable on all phones if you're going to charge money for cancellations!!

    This is genuinely so frustrating and unfair. Booking rarely works for me on the app, and I am completely unable to cancel classes through the app on my Google Pixel. I have stopped going to classes because my options are sign up with no option to cancel, and be charged unfairly (I try to call the front desk and they only pick up about half the time), or go to class without a booking and be humiliated by the person walking around checking for sign ups. I will likely cancel my membership because of this inexcusable issue.
