Access to classes at all clubs for those of us with multiple access
I’m not able to access the gym nearest me in order to sign up for classes why am I not able to access all locations classes to sign up?

For every 150 offer option for SGT class access.

Fix associated class date at top of screen until reach next day
Right now, date is a row that user scrolls past. The number of classes is high enough to more than fill screen, so date is quickly out of view. Would be very helpful to keep date visible - floating row

Have the ability to favorite a particular class
After you take a class you enjoy, we should be able to favorite it so we remember the name and also it has a heart or an asterisk next to it on the daily schedule so it’s easily identifiable

Customize view of classes
Add ability to select and save multiple locations. Filter to remove certain classes by time and type. For example : remove classes before 8 AM , remove classes with additional fees , remove ES classes, highlight favorite classes or instructor.

Home default
Ability to chose your home gym and it actually stays on that default every time the app is opened.

Canceled class/ substitute notifications
Would love to be notified by the app, text or email when a class is no longer happening or if there will be a substitute. It’s been more than once that I showed up and there was no class. Some people like myself only go to classes and do not use equipment so this would save a lot of time and money for us.

To be able to see when each training session has been used just like check in history to be able to keep track of used sessions.
Simply a way to be able to track the training sessions on the app to see when and how many sessions have been used to keep it accountable.

Sign in to class after class begins
Even after the class officially starts, there should be a way to still sign in. It would help with a Combo 6 class, for example, where there's a window of time you can begin your workout.

Better Class Times
Need more classes in between 6 AM - 8 AM and 7 PM - 8 PM. Most people start work a 9-5 so the early classes that are available now are either way too early or cost extra. And the “evening classes” available happen to occur when most are just getting off of work in rush hour traffic and construction to get to the gym.

It would be great to show a list of all the instructors that you like.

1- Allow the app to default to more than I home gym. (I regularly use 3)

No-shows for classes
I saw an idea where you would be banned for no-showing three times. I’m not suggesting banning anyone. However, if you no-show two times in a month then you should have to register for classes at the front desk for the remainder of that month. This will ensure you show up to class and won’t discourage people from coming to class when it appears to be full.

Adding discription of the classes and more afternoon times available
Would be nice to be able click on a class and read what classes are about. Also would like to see the location of the classes I signed up for the day.

Please make app usable on all phones if you're going to charge money for cancellations!!
This is genuinely so frustrating and unfair. Booking rarely works for me on the app, and I am completely unable to cancel classes through the app on my Google Pixel. I have stopped going to classes because my options are sign up with no option to cancel, and be charged unfairly (I try to call the front desk and they only pick up about half the time), or go to class without a booking and be humiliated by the person walking around checking for sign ups. I will likely cancel my membership because of this inexcusable issue.
