Copying workouts
Co.bine all of the suggestions related to copying a workout to another day into 1 idea. There are several out there and combining them together would give this copying idea more points, therefore more weight in decision making

Change membership type
Instead of having to go up to the front desk to change the membership it would be better if there’s a way for us to change it so we won’t have a problem at the front desk cause the front desk won’t cancel or change our membership

Include each club manager’s name and email contact info. Also include a contact name and email at the corporate office.

Work order feature for broken equipment
Instead of running down or to the front desk to report an equipment issue (e.g. belt slipping on a treadmill) make a work order report feature. This way we don't interrupt our workout plan and don't forget to tell the front desk on the way out.

Amend your email function
When I click email support it automatically routes me through Apple mail. I don’t have apple mail, I use Google Mail. Please provide an email address instead of a click-to-email so that people with iPhones who don’t use apple mail can actually get in touch with you.

Staff who know what they’re doing
It would be really helpful if the staff here actually knew how to use the app- since you’re a no service gym and you’re actually recommending people use your app to find workouts, it would be helpful if the front desk staff knew how to access the workouts in the app, or knew how to answer other simple questions like “how do I find my gym pass in the app” and similar. Both times I’ve asked for help the staff have told me they don’t know how to use the app. Frustrating.

This is for members. Show location on all booking screens.
When in the “things to do” page, there is no indication of which location the classes listed are for, unless I’m missing it somewhere. Either way, it would be helpful if the location was listed or if it is, then make it much more obvious. I use six of the locations, so when I open the app, I can be in any one of the locations. Would be good if the location is shown for all pages. Thanks!

Closures/Power Outages
Send push notifications when the gym is closing due to inclement weather or power outages. Also, send notifications if the pool is to be closed for any reason. Send another notification for when the gym or pool is back open
