We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  3. Make it efficient

    It’d be great to change my preference gym, when I started as a member I started in a different location but now I moved and I can change my predetermined gym and it complicates everytime I look for the classes to change location. It’d be great to see a photo of all instructors so we remember who they are bc we can’t remember their names only. It’d be great also if the bar core actually worked on the Apple Watch! Thanks so much if you do any of this! ☺️☺️

  8. Signing up for classes

    Signing up for classes in the app without being redirected to a new browser where I have to sign in Again. Why do I even have the app at that point

  9. Collapse completed set

    In a workout routine within the app that the trainer sets up, allow the user to collapse the completed sets. Once they are finished, which gives the user a clean view of what’s been done versus what is left to do.

  10. Bring in ski erg machines for hiit workouts use

  13. See location of class BEFORE having to book since i go to 3 different locations. Also the ability to save filters instead of having to redo

    We should be able to see the location of the class before signing up. When you go to 3 locations and have 3 gyms filtered at the same time you have to book the class just to see which location it is at. It makes it extremely difficult when planning

  14. Easier click areas

    The input areas for time, calories, miles, etc on an activity entry are super hard to press/activate due to their smaller size and alignment to the right margin. When I’m on exercise equipment, moving around, I need something just a bit larger. (The current mechanism may also be questionable from an accessibility perspective.) suggest increasing the hit areas to at least a thumb’s width, 40 px or so.

  15. Class accessibility remotely

    Through the employee portal I would like to be able to access the following:
    *Wait listed members for a class remotely
    *Ability to adjust amount of participants remotely
    *view other instructors classes remotely as well as ability to see wait list and adjust amount of people
    *ability to send mass messages to participants in my class (not individually one at a time)
    *ability to completely remove classes which have been scheduled "indefinitely". It's so annoying that once a class is scheduled indefinitely, you can mass remove up to a certain period (I believe 90 days) but then the class automatically…

  16. More classes

    It would be a good idea to have step classes after 6:30 pm . Corrine use to teach step classes a long time ago . They were excellent . Also large containers with wipes instead of paper towels and spray bottle. A little brighter gym would be nice and also possible to wipe hand weights after the class .

    One of the sales managers at Fit Factory here but but I have suggestions regarding the Clubs daily operations: Allow PREMIER and VIP members to register their guest VIA App and generate a barcode for them prior to their visit to the club and allow account holder to add or minus the free guest at any time 🦾 this is essential for VIP members and benefits premier folks that visits with their free guests regularly.. additionally members that have multi club access can visit any gym with peace of mind (+1 members, Gymbuddies, friends, couples, married folks, partners ….)!!   20. Add last 4 digits of the credit card in “payment history=>In club transactions”

    Please add the last four digits of the credit card used in the ‘Payment History => In Club Transactions’ section. This will help us check when the credit card registered was used or other. For today’s transactions, only indicate ‘Visa’ or ‘Master. Thus, we can track which family members incurred expenses using the registered membership card.
