We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. More than one shower.

    One shower, especially in the morning is not enough for the amount of people that pack in and travel to the gym to workout, shower, and head to work. Currently standing in the hallway typing this as someone is in the only men’s shower provided.

  3. Heavy bag in the Woburn location

    Adding a heavy bag to the Woburn location. Seems to be a lot of room in the studio. Adding one or two there with the caveat that they can only be used when another class is not in session would go along way.

  4. Key cards for the door.

    Anyone can just walk through the doors.
    Most definitely needs more security. The key card to get inside would help ease the worries a lot.
    I hope in the near future, you guys can make this happen.

  7. Keeping in-progress classes visible

    Once a class starts, it’s no longer visible in the app. I’d love for it to remain in there (maybe grayed out if needed to be obvious that it’s not joinable) to provide context for the club occupancy number—e.g., are there actually 87 people on the fitness floor, or can I infer that 25 of them in the yoga studio?

  8. Have weekly classes on how to safely use machones and equipment

    Many new folks don't know how to use each machine. It would be beneficial to learn how each excersize machine works, how to turn it on, and how to safely use them.

  11. Instructor Search Feature

    Is great you can search for instructors. Please tweak this feature with a little coding. Have the names default to alphabetical. Speed up the search process.
    On that coding topic, I see you have the locations alphabetical which is awesome. However, to speed up the search, sub-sort them together by state. Probably should have made this 2nd part a new thread. 😬

  15. Equipment issue notification

    To notify staff that equipment is malfunctioning or broken. For example: Red Light Therapy is not turning red indicating there is an issue with it or when previously serviced they put tanning bulbs in instead

  16. Add a google maps/waze option when clicking directions to main club
