We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Make it efficient

    It’d be great to change my preference gym, when I started as a member I started in a different location but now I moved and I can change my predetermined gym and it complicates everytime I look for the classes to change location. It’d be great to see a photo of all instructors so we remember who they are bc we can’t remember their names only. It’d be great also if the bar core actually worked on the Apple Watch! Thanks so much if you do any of this! ☺️☺️

  4. Detailed Itemized receipts for gym membership

    In the payment history section, each line item should show gym details and the ability to download these receipts.

  8. Kickboxing Bags

    I know the gym offers a kickboxing class, but it is not the same effect as actually having bags. It would be nice if they could offer a real kickboxing class or just add a few punching bags by the turf area.

  11. Red lighting in Sauna (St. Peters, Women’s)

    I think adding red bulbs to the lights in the women’s sauna in St. Peter’s would be amazing for relaxation! Not asking for infrared or anything. Just red light for the vibes. And a shoe stand for shoes outside the door.

  12. machine labels

    The machine names are sometimes different than the app names. It would be great to have them the same. If you the gym labeled each machine with the name found on the app, it would save much time searching for an uncommon machine.

  13. Water Bottle Refill Stations

    The drinking fountains are too cumbersome to refill a water bottle. Water refill stations above the drinking fountains or separately would be a huge improvement. (Donelson location)

  14. Make screen brightness go up when selecting QR Code.

    When selecting the qr code button, the screen needs to go to max brightness. That allows the scanners to work almost all the time. Then when you exit qr code, it can dim back down.
    Works the same as any airport scanner when you scan your boarding pass.

  15. Seeing who is in class

    For a few months it was possible to see who else was going to be taking class when booking a class. It was nice and motivating being able to see if your friends were attending the class beforehand.

  16. Add MyZone / MZ-3 Integration

  17. Create a walkway for parking lot area east of the ticket kiosks.

    Safety concern: create a safe walkway to get from east side of parking lot to gym. Presently, we have to walk around the security arms where cars are coming and going or walk through the shrubbery.

  20. Barcode separate from premier lady for athletic

    I have the membership that says you can athletix (all of them do) cause the premier lady says you an access athletix but the barcode doesn’t work. I want to access it but it sucks my membership doesnt let me enter athletix when it says I get 24/7 access at it.
