We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Expand gym floor

    Get rid of the back room with a glass wall. Open the gym floor to make it more spacious. Maybe add a couple new pieces of equipment.

  3. Provide a detailed class description when booking classes. The previous comment was incorrectly closed. This remains unresolved

    Currently we can book classes through the app however we have no idea what 360 Express or body pump or any of these titles mean. A detailed description of each class within the booking component would go a long way in helping decide on whether or not I [and others] choose to attend it.

  5. Make weight tracking optional

    When signing up, the app forces you to enter a starting weight. The feature itself is fine but it should be optional. I am in recovery for disordered eating and I go to the gym to focus on things like building strength, increasing stamina, etc. and would rather not focus on the number on the scale, which can trigger unhealthy habits for me (and I’m sure I’m not the only one).

    Let people decide which metrics are important for them to track.

  6. The app should alert you for past due payments, probems with paymebts and upcoming annual club dues charges

  7. I should be able to view what my membership includes through the app

    I was trying to see if my membership included unlimited guest but I couldn’t view it in the app and their website requires you to insert your information just to see membership plans when I’m already a member it’s inconvenient

  14. Customize view of classes

    Add ability to select and save multiple locations. Filter to remove certain classes by time and type. For example : remove classes before 8 AM , remove classes with additional fees , remove ES classes, highlight favorite classes or instructor.

  16. Class search by time

    Add a search by time. I’d love a variety of classes at 430. Step or Zumba or locomotion at that hour would be so good! Not everyone can do morning.

  19. Add the ability to review scheduled training sessions and allow notes for reference.

    The ability to see scheduled training sessions and add notes could avoid needing to contact trainer or gym to review when the next session is scheduled. Allowing reminders can be helpful to clients who need to be reminded (life gets busy) and an area for notes can capture new exercises learned or side notes for reference.

  20. Include billing info and ability to cancel

    Stop being sketchy and add billing info, include the scam training sessions you offer. Give the ability to cancel billing for those sessions without making it suspiciously difficult to cancel.
