Hire someone who can actually show up at 5am and open the gym. NORTH Attleboro
For the north attleboro location. If you could hire someone that can actually open the gym at 5am, or leave a key out. This happens way too often.

A way to “favourite” a trainer to see if they work in other clubs. Also would be great to be able to note trainers that you did not like.
I have trainers that I love and would take any class they did and then trainers that I did not vibe with their style and do not want to waste time at one of their classes. Would be nice to be able to rate or favourite, just for my own personal info.

Add Membership Perk Tracker to App
Add a feature in the app that keeps track of all the “freebies” you have each month depending on which membership you have to begin with and what’s left. Also an easy way/link to get to some of the perks different memberships have since some of them you need to make an appointment for

Etekcity scale and food app
I dont pay for my fitness pal so you can't scan anything. But this scale by etekcity you can scan and weigh and it adds it to there app. You can see all the nutrition facts on what your intaking. Absolutely love this scale/app best thing i have purchased!

Dryer Saunas - Actual Fix.
Everyone knows the Saunas are a huge selling point for which Edge you go to and whether you have an Edge membership at all. But the experience isn’t that good. The floors of the sauna are constantly wet. I highly suggest that there be a staff member who comes in every hour or so, in order to dry the floors. Until professional renovations be made, seasonally to maintain the soaking wet and rotting wood.

Locker room safety
I was flashed in the women’s locker room on February 19th at the Brentwood location by a white woman with dark brown hair, brown eyes, she looked like she was in her early 20s, she was skinny, I was there at 6-8 am .. was told to tell the location to make an incident report but I just need to warn ladies that there are women predators out here too stay safe take a shower at home.. not to mention the constant signs saying men are cleaning women locker rooms late at night and early in the morning when there’s…

Be able to rate classes through a star system and have them show on the app.

Better yoga descriptions
If the type of yoga for that class could be included in the description (vs a general boilerplate description), I would be more apt to attend. As someone who looks for yin/restorative classes, I am hesitant to go and find myself in a cardio power flow vinyasa class.

Suit spinner in locker rooms
It would be appreciated if a suit spinner was added to the locker rooms. It would probably help w excess water pooling on the locker room floors (helping w maintenance/potential accidents)

Smaller font, smaller badges, less white space
I want to be able to see more on one page with less scrolling. Some of the square badges are huge! Why can't I make them smaller, make the font smaller, etc.?

Towel count status
Our membership level gives us a specific number of free sweat towels and/or a charge for shower towels. I would like to know how many towels I have left in my monthly allotment and not be surprised by extra charges.
