This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Adding more equipment in the women’s room (e.g., smith machine, squat rack, bench press)

    Make paying the extra membership just to use the women’s room worth it. It’s really dry in there with mainly cardio machines. I would prefer some be taken out & adding in a squat rack, bench press setup, and/or a smith machine. Even just having one of those would be great!

  3. Add another Pec fly machine (Camarillo)

    At a minimum, Need to add another peck fly machine at the Camarillo location. This machine is one of the most popular and is always in use. I constantly see paid members waiting to use this equipment. Adding another dip machine would also be great.

  6. Atlanta | Women’s Bathroom Amenity Suggestions

    I suggest adding paper towels and facial tissues to the women’s bathroom. They’re essential for maintaining good hygiene (e.g. managing sweat after workouts, quick touch-ups, allergies, or unexpected moments). They would also provide another option for drying hands and help reduce backups and long waits at the electric dryers during peak times. Competing gyms in the Atlanta area already offer similar amenities, and this would be a small but meaningful way to stay competitive while enhancing cleanliness, comfort, and the overall member experience.

    Other thoughtful additions could include hair ties, cotton pads, mouthwash, or deodorant spray.

    The Homewood, AL location should really be moved to a bigger space next door. It’d be nice to have a bigger grass area so we can have a sled. But I’ll settle for a hip thrust machine.

  9. Choosing a day out of the week to play EDM music.

    I wanted to share an idea that could add a unique and inclusive experience for members while enhancing focus and workout performance.

    Proposal: Designate one day per week as an EDM Training Day.

    Research and member feedback consistently show that individuals with ADHD/ADD often concentrate better with rhythmic, high-energy music. EDM music, in particular, helps stimulate dopamine and endorphin release, which can improve focus, motivation, and workout endurance—not just for those with ADHD, but for many members seeking an energized training environment.

  12. Calendar Blocks. aka, hours for online coaching or Hybrid sessions or Consultation calls

    Basically letting trainers manage their Calendars a bit more detailed! For example one of my trainers may want to only let in-person sessions between 7am- 12pm. Consultation calls between 2pm-4pm and Online coaching calls 5pm-7pm.
    while another trainer has a different schedule.
    as of now you can either have your calendar open or blocked, but in this way it is much easier to create work/life balance for trainers!

  16. Hot (jacuzzi) and cold plunge is needed

    Having a hot and cold plunge at the gym is fantastic for recovery, as alternating temperatures can help reduce muscle soreness and improve circulation. It also provides a refreshing way to unwind after a workout. We need these on the rooftop.

  17. Pause workout or QR code during workouts

    Premium 10 Fitness members need to be able to view their QR code during workouts, as we go from standard to premium access rooms between workouts and require WR code or wristband to access those premium rooms. Currently, you have to save a workout and then edit it later if you want to view your QR Code or just lose all unsaved data. This is irritating because the user hasn’t completed the workout, but it’s asking for feedback on the workout difficulty, as if the user had completed the workout.   18. Signing up for classes

    Very difficult to get into a class when you need to need to be on the app signing up 72 hours in advance of the class start time. It’s challenging to plan out the week and sign up at the correct time in order to have a chance of getting in the list. Would love to Either go back to 1 day in advance at a set time or add more waitlist slots (like at least 10). Thank you!
