Change class sign up back to 9pm
We should not have to sign up for classes while we are currently working out. The sign up time should be in the evening at the same time every day.

Members should be able to self service through the app to upgrade, add items like VTL and personal training AND also redeem our points!
Member experience in gym and on app are not connected or smooth. We should be able to get services and pay for additional add-ons. Also ability to use our fit club points balance easier and the systems should be aligned when attempting to apply them.

Have the ability to favorite a particular class
After you take a class you enjoy, we should be able to favorite it so we remember the name and also it has a heart or an asterisk next to it on the daily schedule so it’s easily identifiable

members to purchase membership day pass again through the app vs going to the membership site
There needs to be an option to re-purchase day passes off the app versus going to the membership site and completing the enrollment process every single time. This would be very beneficial for my members of my gym. Gym master has this option.

A chart showing when and how often I went to the gym
The old app had a nice bar chart and calendar showing when / how often I went to the gym. Now it just shows a list of dates I went to the gym.

You should make it possible to track weightlifting sessions like you can with cardio sessions.
Make it possible to track weightlifting sessions the same way you can track cardio sessions. It says you can track workouts but when you go to add a session it just says “your trainer hasn’t scheduled a workout” I should be able to add a workout myself.

Gym Closing Times Must Be Clearly Communicated
You must display the gym’s closing times on your app and notify members via message or email.
On Thursday, December 19th, the gym closed at 4 PM without any prior notice. The mobile app even indicated that the gym was open. I went to the gym as usual, only to find it closed, along with several other members standing outside without any explanation.
This closure was not announced on your website either. The only way to find out about the holiday closure was by clicking a tiny button in the bottom right corner of the page. Who checks the website…

Billing
There should be information in the app on who to contact in reguards to billing issues. I got over charged because the app messed up my input when I was placing my routing number into the app to switch from using the Mac card. It is really convenient for people who are deaf to just do thing via apps rather than in person bc no one know American Sign Language. It is convenient for people with disabilities.

Same equipment/sauna type at all gyms
Why do only some of the locations have Ski erj, some don’t, some have assault tread, some don’t. It makes doing workouts super I consistent if we pay for multiple location access. Also why are the saunas different at all of them?

Calorie counter
I’d like to add a free calorie counter with out the possibility of a monthly payment. Something that’s easy to use and understand along with up to date restaurant locations if dusted to go out to eat based on menu items tp grocery items from various grocery chains.

Edit account information
I’ve been forced by my gym to download this stupid app. Would like to be able to actually edit my profile information, seeing as how it has phone numbers that haven’t existed in over 20 years, and a no-longer-living next of kin listed. Ridiculous that I can’t edit my own information

Equipment issue notification
To notify staff that equipment is malfunctioning or broken. For example: Red Light Therapy is not turning red indicating there is an issue with it or when previously serviced they put tanning bulbs in instead

Add a google maps/waze option when clicking directions to main club
Not everyone uses Apple Maps, would make it easier to get I directions if I can pick the app I’m going to launch.
