Keep card available indefinitely instead of defaulting to main screen after not using the app for several minutes
I want to be able to open the app and select my card from home so I don't have to do that standing in the way of others trying to sign in. But by the time I walk to the gym, the app defaults to the main screen and I have to stand there opening the card anyway.

Basketball Court instead of Pickelball
Instead of having pickle ball courts and a second cardio area, have basketball courts, Flower Mound Location.

Make Selecting Exercises Easier
The in-app selection list leaves alot to be desired. The list is not ordered and the naming is inconsistent.
Proposed Solution, add the videos and descriptions to a web page that is sortable and searchable. After I see it there, I'd know what you named it. Then I'd select it in the app. Easy peasy.
Simple idea, low cost: Put a label on each machine with what it's named in the app. I'd go to a machine, see the name, boom find it in the app.

Expand use of QR codes on equipment
Not sure if this is in place yet, but QR codes on equipment, to do things like easily reporting damage/equipment issues, identifying equipment when tracking workouts, accessing links to quick “how to”/demo video clips, etc.

Increase the size of the waitlist
Classes that are fully booked with full waitlists end up having spaces in the end. Increase size of waitlist in order to try and prevent this.

Member rights and privacy
Gym employees (I.e., trainers, managers) should not have complete access to an existing members app. Gym employees should not be able to wipe an existing members app data and app history even if training is complete. It’s a privacy violation and existing members should have access to sign up for classes and view their training history at any time.

early morning class
Add more early morning class like around 6-8am ish- I believe there is people who wants to go to class but the schedules never fits their schedules- would be nice if we have more early morning class

Sync Old app data to new app
Be able to have the old app data sync to the new app so we can see all our history

Workout section
Go back to the layout for activity on previous app. Was a better layout and more user friendly.
That part of the previous was not broken. Planning workouts was easier, better experience.

Why cant I access my logins from the app?
I would like to be able to see my scan in history from the app. My job requires a printout of my logins for reimbursement. Instead of having to go to the front desk and ask a staff member I would like to go through the app, screenshot my logs and email to the proper chain.

Initial App Set-Up
Suggestion: Do not "Set-up" the app every time a user logs in and out. It would be great if the settings were remembered upon first signing in and not asked for a picture, notifications, calendar sync, etc every time a user logs in.

Booking: Show only available Trainers
Currently, members select from the list of trainers to book their PT session. However, it is very possible that not all the trainers have openings on the day they want to book.
Solution: Gray out trainer options who do not have availability on the day/time the member is trying to book a PT session for.

Multiple memberships linked
I got a gym membership and recently added a pool membership, now they are separate membership numbers, instead of being linked by membership owner which doesn't change, because of this I can see the pool options but it doesn't recognize I have membership so can't book like I can for my gym, very, very frustrating! I tired calling the app owner and got an equally frustrating automated phone line, instead of a person. Please fix!!!
