    Just a suggestion for all the people in the comments here. I've been using trainerize for 8 years now and haven't really had a problem with this. I just write it in the reps/notes section like so:

    EXAMPLE
    10-15 / 3010 / RPE 8 / pause final rep

    reps / tempo / RPE(intensity) / *additional note if needed*

    Keep the use of words to the absolute lowest possible when writing notes.

    I came here to comment on this. This is an incredibly underrated suggestion.
    I feel like it's a matter of time until something horrible happens to coaches or clients. Until this happens, I don't think they will feel the need to do this unfortunately.

    I don't know why there is only a limit of 3 scheduled messages allowed to be placed at once.

    I would like to schedule a learning protocol for my clients, but I can't because there is a limit of 3 schedule messages allowed.

    This reduces functionality and now I need to look towards third party applications like zapier.
