    And the process should have some built-in verification / intelligence so that if you already have a feature it should not be recommended to sign up

    This is already an option. Change your exercise type to "Timed (Longer Better, eg Planks)

    Gluten free is already an option when setting the conditions for the meal planner.

    The function already exists to save (export / copy to ) any workout, anywhere in the platform to your Master Workout Library.

    If I understand this request correctly, it needs to be edited to replace the word "program" with "workout" in order to be accurate.
