I base all my programs for Strength and conditioning ON THOSE PRINCIPLES, I DEVELOPED A LOT OF OTHER PROGRAMS WHERE I DON’T USE IT, BUT I WOULD SAY PROBABLY 80% OF THE TIME I DO USE THAT PROGRAM
