    Can we get this in the app already Trainerize? This feature should have been one of the firsts rolled out if makes the app not at all user friendly for meal prep

    I was thinking this exact thing! It's so frustrating not being able to know exactly what my client is referring to when they are struggling with a feature in their app that I can't see as a trainer profile. Like you I'm now having to waste a "seat" to create my own profile to test out the features and make my own guidance videos so that I can delete the account when a client fills the space.

    As a trainer I shouldn't have to pay to use all the functionalities of my app this includes the full client view. I shouldn't have to scour youtube for an updated video with the most recent features of the client view to send to my client to answer their question - I should be able to answer their question directly. Also having trainers able to share their journeys humanizes us and can motivate clients. I have clients tell me all the time how they like my Instagram content where I show my routines - imagine how motivating it would be for them to see what a trainer does behind the scenes from the app directly.
