Just checking you meant for this to be done via the mobile app?
On the web app, managers and admin can toggle between trainer’s accounts and assign them new appointments.

Talking 1:1 with SO many clients, it's critical to be able to go back and search our history of conversations to remember where we left off or if we've already asked a question before. MAKE THIS A THING! :)

Currently, when scheduling in-app calls or adding sessions for services like small group trainings, in-person sessions, specialty events, etc., there’s no way to limit visibility or booking access based on client eligibility. This creates confusion for clients who see events they are not enrolled in or do not have access to — leading to potential booking errors, questions, and additional admin work.
Suggested Improvement:
Add the ability to assign “tags” when scheduling a session or call — so only clients with the designated tag(s) can view, book, or RSVP to those sessions. This would allow coaches to easily manage exclusive offers (such as VIP coaching, in-person only clients, challenge members, or location-based services), without cluttering the view for other clients.
Additional improvement:
Add an option to automatically record and save in-app calls or group sessions (with appropriate permissions) for future playback or client review. This would increase the value of calls and make scheduling within the app more robust.
Benefits:
✅ Cleaner client experience — clients only see relevant offerings
✅ Easier admin management for coaches
✅ Better support for hybrid coaching models (remote + in-person + tiered coaching)
✅ Increased value with call recording feature
✅ Supports scaling business offerings with ease
