A clear sense of achievement would be given to clients through a "End of Month Report" that included statistics such as total workouts, personal bests, and dietary summaries. The purpose of South Asian Strong is to empower clients on their fitness journeys by tracking their progress and keeping them encouraged to reach their goals, and this fits right in with that mission!

Establish a reasonable goal after calculating your present body fat percentage. To properly burn fat and gain muscle, combine strength training and cardio into your regimen. To help you achieve your goals, concentrate on eating a balanced diet high in protein and good fats. Regularly monitoring your progress will help you stay motivated and make any necessary adjustments to your plan!
I totally agree on the importance of weekly averages! You might wish to get the South Asian Strong app. It includes complete tracking tools, making it easy to evaluate data and educate clients without the need for laborious computations.
