    Yes - this would be best if we could :

    CHECK THE BOX OF AN EXERCISE IN THE PROGRAM AND THEN CLICK REST TO INSERT IT DIRECTLY BELOW THAT EXERCISE !!!

    I know it's been planned for a while, but I wanted to pop in here and let you all know that we're working on getting this right. It's part of a larger release that will have this feature along with others you will love. It's on our roadmap and will definitely be coming to Trainerize.

  14. Give more options for a timer. Start at 5 seconds and once you reach 60 it should not only have the option for 90 after that
