Add a daily reminder to the calendar, or schedule daily habits
The ability to set up simple habits for clients to follow and track adherence to i.e. Yes/No to Getting protein at a meal time.
Apps like Habit Bull on Android or websites like Coachific are great examples of these.

The habits feature is currently in open beta. You can turn it on by going to Add-ons > Integrations and scroll down to the bottom section “Beta Labs”.
You can turn on the habit module from there.
Habits v1 will go live in Q1. v1 focuses on prescribing custom habits to individual clients.

Check out CoachAccountable.com and their Metrics section - brilliant way to create and track behaviors ! Could be a premium add-on for committed Trainers and Coaches, too..

********! We absolutely need this feature. Setting up habit goals such as train 3x week, eat protein and veg with each meal, sleep 7 hours every night etc would be a game changer and help tie everything together!

Thought this would be part of the new app released this week, but was a little disappointed to see it wasn't the way I was expecting. I would love to have the ability to add a habit to the client's calendar, just like a workout or photo. For example, I often have clients focus on eating more veggies. I could input a habit check in each day for the week or two we're working on that habit, and they would check in each day they hit their veggie goal -- just like checking in for a workout. I don't feel the current set up with just listing goals allows for the daily accountability needed. If we could add custom habits to the calendar just as if we're adding a workout, that would be PERFECT in my opinion.

For example setting a goal for eating when hungry 2 meals a day, 5 out 7 days. Then have the client easily be able to track it.

I was going to post the same requirement and I saw this post.
I have to maintain separate calendar for meetings, scheduled change of nutrition plan etc.. I would love to have all in one place.

Yes I agree with this idea strongly. I am a relatively new PT and am studying PN Cert 1 and the coaching style is based around long term positive lifestyle changes one habit at a time. This would be such a valuable addition to Trainerize and I would be able to sign up more clients with this feature.

I agree with this. PTDistinction does this and enables you to send the client notifications. The client can then check if they did that habit or not. For example at 9am drink some water: yes/no.

I really like this idea!! Many of my clients don't particularly use a meal plan or macros, but instead we discuss action steps/habits. It'd be great to be able to have a one stop shop to track these habits regarding compliance.
Going a step further, if these could be auto-populated habits clients could select (like within the consult form), but with the ability to add other habits, etc.
Starting with the consult form, this would be powerful for us coaches to create programs that support their goals and hold them accountable to the habits that will help them get there!

Also for the clients to have the ability to leave notes on their calendar for the trainer to see, please! For nutrition tracking adherence issues, energy levels, menstrual cycle updates, etc for me to know.

I was just checking to see if this suggestion has already been made. I drop down box or feature on the client's calendar for us to write them notes would be great. Making quick notes for them to read on specific days would be a good alternative to sending them private messages so often. I wanted to make a note that I changed today to my client's "rest day" and realize there is no feature available to make small notes like that for them to see.

How about Master Habit Programs and Instead of just personalized/individual options we should be able to shdedule them out and plug them into any clients program. Instead of only being able to do things for clients individually... Huge time suck... Thinking like procoach from precision nutrition.... What does everyone think?
