Seperate textbox for sets, reps, tempo, rest and weight
Please have separate textbox for sets, reps, tempo, weight and rest, not just a box for sets, and a shared one for reps and weight as it sometimes isn't clear to clients. It would be easier as opposed to typing the rest of the info in notes as I feel like I'm then re-writing the plan again.
Also, the ability to alter plans and measurements from the app would be amazing
Thanks

I had this in the other app hubfit and was gold. Clients could even track there numbers with a pre-filed sets, reps, tempos, from there last workouts.
For us as the experts we can be much more specif and fill ou the box always the same. Would be much more cleaner on the client end.

Add a spot for Reps, Tempo, Reps-in-Reserve (RIR), and Notes for clients to add notes specific for that exercise for their self to track and us as the coach to track.
These should be added for each set of each Exercise.
Coaches should be allowed to configure each set of each exercise exactly how they want.I.E.:
Set 1 - 12 Reps / 3s Negative / 3 RIR / To light increase weight next week
Set 2 - 12 Reps / 2s Negative / 2 RIR / Notes here
Set 3 - 12 Reps / 1s Negative / 1 RIR / Notes here
Set 4 - 12 Reps / 0s Negative / 0 RIR / Stay at same weight next week -

There is already 2 column boxes for reps and weight. Please create a 3rd column box to input “quick” notes. Such as RIR data. Even if there is a character limit, like 10 character limit, that is still enough for most quick data - e.g. 2RIR, or IncWtX5, or DecRpX2. Trying to log this type of tracking for each set on an end of workout notes section is too clunky and inefficient. One small adjustment will yield dividends for the clients and trainers alike, since the trainers can quickly glance at the set by set data during the client’s workout and adjust mesocycles and progressive periodization more efficiently.

This would be a game changer in programming. And it would make it easier for the clients to see on their end.

I'd like to have a better format for entering the parameters for the exercises. Rather than just one box, where you can only type in a single line (no matter how long), why not just have individual boxes to add in each parameter (set#, rep range, tempo, rest, rpe) as well as a section of its own for exercise notes. It just seems very unorganized to me. This was actually one of the few things My PT Hub did very well..

Being able to add drop sets, negatives, pyramid count or static counts, and tempo.

Custom columns for the Programm instead of fixed

I am writing to see if a feature could be added to the app that would allow you to put in reps/weight used while doing a hiit exercise. Please advise.

Yep we definitely need something to input tempo training in.

I use JeFit when I workout by myself... It has all of this in the mobile app. The rest timer is also automatic when you enter the set you just performed and gives an audible beeping countdown during the last 5 seconds which plays alongside my iTunes. I'm no programmer but I'd imagine these things could easily be accomplished by the Trainerize team.
Take a look at that app guys and add it to Trainerize... then I can delete it and use Trainerize to record my own stats as well. :-)

agreed, clients (no matter how many times you tell them or how often they train with you) will do only what you literally tell them. Just looking at the pictures if its not right next to reps and sets they wont look at the notes all the time.

Allow a section for variable sets/reps schemes (that alter over a program) and tempo.
