Give Clients the option to film video of an exercise for trainer review

It would be great to give clients the ability to shoot a short clip of them performing an exercise for the trainer or coach to review form and make suggestions. I know for a fact this will give our clients a more personal connection and better retention eliminating the need to seek in house trainers for additional coaching.

    Give clients the capability to post video for their trainer to view for exercise assistance or progress.

    Yes, currently my clients find it difficult to load videos through messenger. I have to use other apps to help with this issue, which makes it a hassle. If Trainerize could have a feature where clients can film and post videos on messenger, that would be a great feature!

    Has this been updated? is it possible for clients to send us videos yet? My client is getting really frustrated as she can't figure out how to send me videos through other means (she is almost 60 and not the most tech saavy) and thought she should be able to do it through the training app because isn't that what the coaching is for so why wouldn't the app allow form corrections??

    Just wanting to send a quick message regarding video time limits.
    As I understand it the feature will only offer 30 second videos.
    I monitor technique throughout the week and all videos are usually between 45-60 seconds.
    I would still then need to use other messaging formats to have clients send videos so this completely defeats the purpose of waiting for the in-app video feature.
    Even having one minute would suffice.

    Yes! I’d especially prefer it in the messenger. I’ve been using another app that allows for video messages to be sent via messenger or within the comment section of a workout.

    I believe this is cruical. As part of my programmes, I need to check technique and form and at the moment i have to either use facebook or whatsapp which of course asking the client to use other technology...

    One of the advantages of PT Distinction.. Really would like to have even just the ability to send videos through messenger. For now I have clients sending clips to a separate email, but would increase value of the app if it can be done through there.

    The ability to send videos via messenger would be huge. Please implement this

    This and vice versa via private messages. Currently, you can only send photos, it would be ideal if you could do both.

    This is an absolute must as a trainer, to see their technique and ensure safety, provide tips and cues etc. in addition to getting to know them better and client retention. Please start this ASAP!

    This is why I still use Fitbot for some of my clients. They have this option next to each and every exercise in their workout.
