Editing progression
When editing progression for a workout, it would be great to see the last 1-3 workouts stats (sets, reps, weight) (more the better) as well. You might need to adjust exercise based on previous stats, and having everything in view would make things so much simpler.

Currently, when using the “autofill stats” feature, it pulls in the data from the last time the exercise was completed—which is great. However, the issue arises when a client changes the weight or reps for Set 1; the system automatically applies that same change to all other sets. This makes it difficult to accurately track performance, especially when clients intentionally vary their effort across sets.
A more effective solution would be to display the previous workout’s data as a reference beside each set—similar to how the Liftoff app handles it. Ideally, this would allow users to tap a previous stat to fill in individual sets, rather than having one edit overwrite all. Alternatively, the current “autofill stats” feature could still fill all sets, but the values should then be freely editable per set without triggering auto-population across the others.
Lastly, adding a “mark as completed” checkbox for each exercise—like in Liftoff—would enhance the workout flow and help clients stay on track during their session.
