This would be kickass!
-Resting HR like Fitbit
-activity/steps
-stand metrics
-HR for workout (avg/max)
-overall calories which would be matched against calorie consumption from any food logging -

More than just HR, steps, etc. Sync all the Apple Health data. If a client is using a meal tracking app that doesn’t sync with Trainerize, but DOES sync with Apple Health, you can still get the calorie information into Trainerize by syncing that way. This would also give you all the HR, steps, etc.

I would want to see all the data from the activity portion of apple watch. Heart rate. Workouts. Minutes of exercise. Calories. Total Steps.

Heart rate (start, average, highest), what % heart rate of max for my age is and how long I spent in different zones. Also calories burned for work, time duration of work out.

I would say that one of the biggest helps to me would be to capture the activity or resting energy and active energy from the apple watch and / or from the apple health app. This would be extremely beneficial to ensure that you TDEE calculations are correct and would have a impact on the nutrition and cardio planning for clients.

HR, sleep, activity, workout tracking. Can easily be done via health app which also may offer up more data that clients can select to share or not.

Health app will work the most. The health app for the iOS system in all will be more beneficial. if the trainerize were able to read and write on Apple Watch... it would be able to backdoor other apps as well like lose it and others
